Introduction

Some say that Red Kayn is the best no matter what, others say that blue kayn is only good in high elo. Even more people say 'Kayne'. All of these people are very, very wrong.
For one, saying red kayn is the best is akin to saying that Sejuani jungle is better than Ezreal jungle, when the real answer is they are both degenerates. Kayn is good no matter what as long as you are good. Good at looking at the map, at power farming, at map positioning, and good at pressing Q.
Secondly, all elo is **** elo so saying that Blue Kayn is only good in high elo is dumb.
Lastly, trying to be witty by calling him Kanye became old in the first week. People dont even call him that anymore which begs the question, why call him Kayne? Why spend effort to add a letter when all it does is make you look like basic thinking isn't your strong suit.
Basics
The first 8 minutes of the game are dedicated to you. You farm. you gain vision. You get gold. You don't fight unless its a guaranteed kill. Early game Kayn is exceptionally weak and you need to acknowledge that. Your kit makes it easy to counter jungle fast and safe. The biggest difference between a good and bad jungler is knowing camp cool downs and how to position yourself on the map accordingly. If you see the enemy jungle lurking bot and their blue buff topside flicks to a yellow icon, you move over there and take it. Position yourself opposite the enemy jungler until you get your evolve, then match them. Fight them at their buffs for easy kills and constant farm. In this meta, eliminating their jungler is way more powerful than camping a lane. If you're in low elo then your teammates will complain. That's ok. They aren't you, and they aren't the ones going to carry. You don't ask a top-side Nasus to roam mid. You don't ask your lord and savior Kayn jungle to gank. You gank when you want. Kayn is about confidence but at least perceived arrogance will do.
Starting Path
You start red every time. People say to start raptors cause 'all the pros do'. They are morons and feel free to let them know that because clearly someone in their life hasn't. You start red every. single. time. Then you move onto raptors then over to wolves. Some champs like WeedWick like to grab their buff then head over to the enemy jungle and grab that buff too. Kayn doesn't have fast clear versus one target at level one so unless the enemy jungle is going for a level 2 gank on the other side of the map you stay in your own jungle. Grab wolves by starting a W through the wall on your way there. Focus down the small wolves first then the big one. Use E to get to your blue. Kite blue around with your Q and W to save your HP, you can get an auto Q auto off with only taking one auto from blue if you do it right. Take as little damage as possible. Smite to secure. This is your first time using smite, unless of course you don't get a leash or you need to secure it during an invade. If you have about 45% of your HP you can try to grab gromp using smite once its up in 15 seconds or if you don't have enough hp ( a telltale sign that whoever leashed you red sucked ) grab scuttle then gromp. If top isn't a free kill, go and grab the enemy's krugs then back and buy Stalkers blade and boots. Then grab your krugs. After that everything is up to you. Gank only easy ganks until 10-11 min mark where one kill will get you either evolve. This start is what you do 99% of the time. Watching replays of my Kayn starts looks like its just the same one. Go into practice mode and do the start over and over till you don't have to think about what to do next.

- you can cross over midlane from raptor pit to the other side using e once you have gotten tier one boots, AS LONG AS you go through the turret. It works the other war around too
- Q and W can be used inside of walls, Q i wouldn't recommend that often as there are some bugs with the Q stopping once exiting the wall, but if your W misses a target it doesn't stop your E
