Why is this build so weird?
This build stacks a lot of defensive stats, while still giving Darius a lot of killing potential. The Iceborn Gauntlet allows for increased damage and additional slowing after using Crippling Strike, making Decimate a lot easier to land at its full potential. With ICBs spellblade, Darius gets a lot of DPS to make a stronger lane presence.
At level one, place your ward in the river bush, and begin farming. Be sure to use Decimate to bully your opponent away from CS. At level 3, blow your combo on them. Be sure to power farm your way to level 6 as fast as possible. Keep the gold advantage over your opponent. If you use crippling strike with your ICB on towers, you should have top tower down by 15 minutes, and then start roaming.
In teamfights, be sure to focus down their AD carry. With Crippling Strike slowing attack speed, it should take them mostly out of the fight while you blow them up. Be safe and be sure to blow Noxian Guillotine Only when it will execute, you will need the reset to blow up any survivors.
If split-pushing is needed, this build does it beautifully. The combination of ICB+Crippling Strike really hurts towers, and allows Darius to push with little resistance.
As Darius remember not to get too cocky and think you're invincible. With Darius' lack of escape, you can get caught pushing very easily. However, if it's only one person, you should be able to take them on.
