Introduction

Hi, my name Is Rainy(IGN - rpundokm)

Since you already know my name, I will tell you what I do. For the most part I mainly play league of legends(LoL) and sometimes I spend my time learning how to program or make a guide like this one. Truth be told, you might not wanna use this guide as a go to on irelia. I am iron talon main. I actually very bad so yeah.

+ very strong early game
+ great mobility and movement on lane
+ easy to farm
+ one of the strongest 1v1 laners
+ big damage with passive
+ incredible fun
+ your items have great synergy with your passive

Cons

- not easy champion to play, you need to master Irelia and find your own way to play
- always need to hold passive for dealing good damage (you need to hold 5 spell stack)
- hard to carry a team
- in late game Irelia starting to fall off
- if you miss one spell you are losing a chance to win a fight
- in early game very mana hungry
- baron is very big counter for irelia because she cant jump on minions

My Opinion

(This is my opinion on why I think irelia is good)

Well first of we know that from the list that Poetry made is that she has a high mobility and very easy to farm/1v1(strong) -- however she is quite difficulty to get the hang on. She also needs her which is 5 stacks to do more damage. Which is a problem since you can get poked if your not careful. She also loses mana very fast due to her abilities especially I would say that she is quite easy in farming but in combat not so much since she does relies on items/combos. SO missing most of your ability will make the chance of winning to almost 0

None the less she is quite fun to play with seeing her just dash around in waves of minions is oddly satisfying. It is also pretty nice to see people that are new to irelia do something that they might thought they couldn't do like timing your q so you can reach the champ. -- If your into the play style of going fast and using massive combos and carrying teamfights its a good choice with irelia(my opinion).

Ability

When Irelia strikes enemies with spells she gains stacking bonus Attack Speed. At maximum stacks she also gains bonus damage on hit.

Irelia dashes forward to strike her target, healing herself. If the target is Marked or dies to Bladesurge, its cooldown refreshes.

Irelia charges a strike that deals more damage as she charges. She takes reduced physical damage during the charge.

Irelia sends out two blades which converge on each other. Enemies caught in between are damaged, stunned and Marked.

Irelia fires a massive number of blades that explode outward upon hitting an enemy champion. Enemies hit by the blades are damaged and Marked. Afterwards the blades form a wall that will damage and slow enemies that walk through it.
