Summoner Spells

Best jungling spell. Pretty staightforward.
For securing kills and if enemies have strong healers like Sona or Soraka.
If deceive is not enough for chasing or escaping.

Items

Stalker's Blade is a good item for chasing enemies and lets Shaco live up to an assassin.
Ranger's Trailblazer for faster clearing and the free regeneration is good.
Poacher's Knife not really recommended but only if you are very sure you can win the enemy jungler.
Beserker's Greaves provides good attack speed and movement speed for pushing.
Boots of Mobility can be used for chasing enemies with tons of escapes.
Ravenous Hydra good for lane clearing and assassination after Deceive.
Infinity Edge is expensive but totally worth it. Combo it with Deceive, which procs your Infinity Edge's critical strike.
Sword of Occult only if you are snowballing hard.
Randuin's Omen is a good defensive option if the enemies have good bruisers like Riven.
Statikk Shiv also for lane clearing and split pushing. The little magic damage can help you out with champions that have tons of armor.
Maw of Malmortius if enemies have fed APs like Katarina.

Jungle Route

Blue TeamStart with Gromp then proceed to Blue Golem then Wolves. If you have enough health, go to Raptors otherwise recall and heal up. If your enemy mid or bot is low on health, gank after Blue Golem.
Red TeamSame thing as Blue Team but different camps. Start with Blue Golems.

*Note* You may start with golems then red buff if you think you really need it.
