Jungle Urgot (Introduction)

PROS
- Good ganks (W)

- Fast cleartime late
- Awsome duelist due to

- High dps when building tanky
- Can carry games
CONS
- Slow early cleartime (till SotL)
- Blue Reliant (til SotL)
- Easy to countergank at first buffs
It is best to pick Jungle
Urgot when you have a midlaner that does not rely on a Blue buff. You will be needing the first 2/3 blue buffs for yourself. If the enemy team setup has a very strong early game I would not advice Urgot Jungle aswell. If you get invaded at your blue buff you are screwed the first couple of minutes.
Always be wary of invades at your 2nd buff. Most junglers don't know Urgot so they will invade on him, make sure your midlaner and botlane is aware of this so you can take a first blood on the enemy jungler. Roughly in 1/3 of the games I got invaded at either blue or red.
Why would you pick
Urgot over any other Jungler like
Vi or
Elise? The reason for this is because Urgot is highly underrated and much stronger then most people realise. No one really knows how to handle a Jungle
Urgot and his duelling potential due to his passive
Zaun-Touched Bolt Augmenter is extremely high. His passive
Zaun-Touched Bolt Augmenter also lowers all damage of the enemy carries by 15% which is a huge amount.

For summoner spells I take Smite and
Flash.
Smite is required for any jungler in order to secure objectives. The reason I go for
Flash is because this spell allows for easy escapes and synergizes well with your ultimate
Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser that most of the time will put you in the middle of their team. You will need flash in order to get out of the enemy team.

My runepage for Jungle
Urgot contains some much needed defensive stats by running Armor Seals and Magic Resist Glyphs. In order to speed up your early Jungling and to boost my Ganks power I took Attack Damage Marks and Quints. You could use a couple of Lifesteal Quints aswell for increased Jungle sustain and sustain in lategame teamfights. Swapping the Quints out affects your jungle cleartime though.
For masteries I go 21-9-0. I take all the common spells that boost my AD the only mastery I leave out is Frenzy. Urgot will not crit (don't count on it) so this mastery is useless. Instead I put a point in Butcher for increased Sustain early.

I start our with (Q)
Acid Hunter cause this abbility has a low cooldown and does decent damage. I will always max this abbility first because your main damage comes from this.
I take (E)
Noxian Corrosive Charge second because the 'Lock On' is required for early ganking and I max it second cause I like to play very offensive and the damage you get from E + the Armor penetration is really big. Maxing (E)
Noxian Corrosive Charge also makes your cleartime amazingly fast.
The safe way would be to max (W)
Terror Capacitor over (E)
Noxian Corrosive Charge. The shield will be bigger and on ganking you have a much better slow. In most cases I don't chose do this and therefore will max (W)
Terror Capacitorlast.

1) Always start at Blue
2) Clear Wolves
3) Clear Red
4) Gank Mid
5) Clear Wraiths
Depending on your top/bot lane
1) Wolves -> Wraith -> Top
2) Golems -> Bot
When I play Jungle
Urgot I normally focus all my attention to the middle lane. It is really easy to gank mid, approach from the riverbush proc (W)
Terror Capacitor, land an (E)
Noxian Corrosive Charge and spam (Q)
Acid Hunter. After level 6 you can do the same only now you can use your ultimate (R)
Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser to draw them under the tower or block their escape path. the ult has a very low cooldown so dont be afraid to use it.
When ganking never use your ultimate (R)
Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser right away cause most people will
Flash away after they've been ulted. Try to make them burn their
Flash before actually ulting (R)
Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser them.

Below are some recent scores I had playing Jungle
Urgot. The game I lost was actually me playing
Urgot ADC which in my opinion is not viable. I had to play it because someone else in champion select flamed my jungle pick and locked a Jungler aswell. This is a problem you might face alot aswell when picking up unconventional junglers. People are to used to the Meta so everything that is different is considered a trollpick.
