You have a lot of optimal items, you can build AD, AP or hybrid. When you are looking for what to build, check your team and see what you need, if your team has 3 AD champion, you go AP.

You'll have to give up on lots of minions pre 6, use your E to pick up the minion whenever you can, you can use to poke the enemy as well, especially if you start with tear of the goddess.

Usual combo is Q, E. Use Q first because it lowers enemi's armor and magic resist, that way you can deal more damage with your E, try to poke him as much as possible when he farms. Use your W to get some space between you two and then try to get cast as many basic attack as possible but dont overextend, it can be deadly if he gets combo back.
