THIS IS NOT A GUIDE, merely a build that works while I play support. I typically pair with Ashe. Pairing with someone else you may consider picking up the frozen mallet.

This build focuses on frenzy first. This allows voli to hit very hard early on. This is the scare that you will use to keep junglers and ganks away from your adc. Next is rolling thunder, this reduces the cool down and allows for more and more frequent ganks. Since only the damage scales with the level of majestic roar, I pick that up last to clear creep waves while you push as a team.

Glyph of warding for mitigating early pokes. Quint and Seal of Fortitude makes you an intimidating presence in the lane very early on with almost double the hp of the enemy adc.
Attack speed marks allow the frenzy attack to build up quickly.

A standard support start of faeries charm, pots, and wards. If there is no enemy jungler, you can get away with starting with a ruby crystal instead for even more health, turning your lane into a kill lane. Pick up wards after your first gank at that point. Mercurial treads will minimize their supports CC. Frozen heart nullifies their adc and turns every fight into a double kill. Zekes herald will give your adc lifesteal and keep them in lane. Aegis is standard for supports. Will of the ancients, this one is also a big odd. This changes your ultimate from aoe damage, to aoe self healing. In team fights, this makes you invincible. Surelya's to finish it off just to use up that philosophers stone. Then pick up oracles to take out their wards and cover the jungles with yours.
