Runes

Ok so for runes...


Greater mark of desolation x9
Pretty obvious i guess for an AD carry to get ArP runes since it lets you easily harrass (and possibly kill ^^ ) early game and deal a ton of damage late game ;)

Greater Quintessence of desolation x3
Again the same concept with above more ArP for you less defence for your opponents ;)

Attack speed will help you a lot especially early game to make your three hit combo (explained later) land with ease

x3 & x6
Well yeah i know it may seem kinda dumb and you may troll it but it really helps early game giving you some nice resist againist annoying mages i.e. while the CDR will help you use more often

OTHER POSSIBLE RUNES


Well if you don't like (you probably don't right? :/ ) my glyph setup you could try replacing them with to give you a good 24.03 health bonus which may make you feel more confortable in lane but still wouldn't recommend it

Well my masteries are a classical 21/0/9 emphasizing in Armor Penetration and Attack Speed

Skills


Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains bonus Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.
Vayne's passive allows her to chase enemy foes she can see with ease
!!!BEWARE: if you turn away from your opponent the speed bonus is lost so calculate that beforehand for your escape. Also you must see the enemy champion(s) so that you get the bonus!!!



Vayne tumbles, maneuvering to carefully place her next shot. She rolls toward the cursor and her next attack deals bonus damage.
Your bread and butter from early to late game. It allows you to dodge skillshots escape enemies, chase enemies and also after using it you deal bonus damage on the next hit. Really what else could you ask for? -oh yeah when you have your ultimate open you become stealth for a while after using-
!!!BEWARE: Although it may at first seem possible you CANNOT pass through walls with tumble!!!



Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the SAME target deals a percentage of the target's maximum Health as bonus true damage. (Max damage vs. Monsters is capped)
The skill that will allow you to dominate late game.


Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back, and fires a huge bolt at her target, dealing damage and knocking them back. If they collide with terrain, they are impaled, dealing bonus damage and stunning them.
Another nice skill and possibly your only CC. It lets you push enemies backwards so that you can escape or even through them backwards so that you and/or your team can finish them off.
!!!HINT: Enemies will collide with towers!!!
!!!TIP: Try using Tumble to better position yourself so that condemn will make your opponents hit a wall and get stunned!!!




Readying herself for an epic confrontation, Vayne gains increased Attack Damage, stealth during Tumble, and quadruple the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter.
Your ultimate and what actually makes you the ultimate ganger. With this open noone can escape you even a with Highlander open will have a hard time escaping. On top of that it gives you quite good bonus Attack Damage and stealth during [tumble]
!!!BEWARE: The only way to use this in order to escape is if you can trick your opponents with the short stealth gives (around 1.5sec), the bonus speed is only when chasing an enemy you can see!!!

Skill Sequence

I tend to max out first, then but getting a point in before level six

The reasoning behind this is that deals the most damage early game, condemn also helps quite a lot early, whereas more than a point in early game is just not that helpful that's why I max it out last.

Items

Although I haven't thoroughly tested (didn't have time) the item build I find it pretty sturdy and it lets me take down enemies easily (though you will be a little squishy)

I start off with a Dorans Blade because it gives you 10 Attack Damage, 100 Health and 3% Life Steal
The damage helps your last-hitting as well as your harassing with Tumble, the life will help you stay in your lane longer without having to go back to base and the Life Steal will help you restore some HP in case you get harrassed
*OVERALL A GREAT STARTING ITEM*

First trip to base get your Sheen or Sapphire Crystal for the added mana and on your next visit back buy Sheen

REASONING BEHIND GETTING SHEEN FIRST ITEM

Sheen's passive works wonders with Tumble. Let me explain that better...
UNIQUE Passive: 100% chance when an ability is used to increase your base damage by 100% on your next attack. This effect has a 2 second cooldown.
What this means is that the next hit after Tumble will do double the damage plus the damage Tumble gives which I find game-breaking

After that it's time for Ionian Boots of Lucidity to get a nice little boost in Movement Speed and that Passive: 15% Cooldown Reduction

WHY BOOTS OF LUCIDITY???


Well we want a tier 2 set of boots so that we move a little faster but what passive should we get???


Boots of Swiftness could be an option but you would already have enough speed with level 2 movement speed bonus alongside your passive Night Hunter and if you want to escape a gang that's why you have Ghost and Flash
Berserker's Greaves seems nice for the bonus attack speed bonus but you will have enough attack speed from Greater Seal of Attack Speed and the rest of the items we build later on
Ninja Tabi Hmm... It may be an option if you want to feel safe but I don't recommend it
Mercury's Treads this is an option if the enemy team has Magic damage or heavy CC or both else don't even look at them


Next we try building Madred's Bloodrazor
Start of by getting Pickaxe for the 25 Attack Damage which helps Tumble & Sheen deal even more damage
Next Recurve Bow for the 40 Attack Speed which should further aid you in getting your three hit combo done and then we complete Madred's Bloodrazor

WHY MADRED'S BLOODRAZOR SO EARLY????


Madred's Bloodrazor stacks with Silver Bolts so that means that every 3rd hit on the same target removes 8% of the maximum HP (at level 18), plus the 4% of Madred's Bloodrazor on every hit so that means that by the 3rd hit you will have dealt and it also gives a nice boost in damage and attack speed ;)
    1st hit 4% plus any normal damage
    2nd hit 4% plus any normal damage
    3rd hit 4% plus 8% plus any normal damage
A total stunning amount of 20% life down without calculating your normal damage.
Add the damage from Tumble and from your ordinary attacks and you get most targets below 50% {squishies are probably dead by now}
-correct me if my calculations are incorrect but I think that's the way it goes-


Usually at this time in game I would get a Bloodthirster
If you can farm money easily get B. F. Sword or else get Vampiric Scepter which will help you farm large minion waves and neutrals with ease to get you the extra money for Bloodthirster
We get Bloodthirster here for the added 60 Attack Damage which enables even more damage with Tumble & Sheen, the 15 Life Steal which will help you take down harder foes 1v1 and add up to your survivability ;)

MAX OUT THE STACKS ON BLOODTHIRSTER BEFORE TRYING TO GANG IT REALLY DOES HELP




After that it's time to get Trinity Force which will buff up our damage after spells to 150% and give us some needed survivability (250 Health) and 30 Attack Speed to help us with our three hit combo ;)

If you are dying easily, build

Phage which gives 18 Attack Damage and 225 Health plus a nice passive 25% chance on hit to reduce your target's Movement Speed by 30% for 2.5 seconds. which helps when chasing down foes to give them that last killing blow. As if she din't have enough chasing power right?

If you need more attack speed and chasing power, build

Zeal for it's 20% Attack Speed, 10% Critical Strike and 8% Movement Speed
Now just finish building



After that the items get situational depending on the game



I get killed easily


375 Health
375 Mana
50 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Passive: Blocks one negative spell every 45 seconds.

Just what you need so that you become a little more Die Hard (yeah terrible joke i know :P )
More health, more mana to cast your abilities some magic resist for those annoying mages i.e. Karthus (yes i hate him :P) and a very good passive which blocks one harmful spell every 40 seconds which is a nice addition to your defences, you never know when you might be saved from Requiem or some other ability ^^

Need more armor and attack damage



45 Armor
18 Critical Strike Chance
UNIQUE Passive: Physical attacks deal an additional 2% of your max Health in damage
Some armor to make you more tanky, critical chance is ok i guess and some damage based on your health so it's more of a hybrid item ;)

I want more lifesteal (A.K.A. i am a greedy bastard)


60 Attack Damage
15Life Steal
UNIQUE Passive: Passive: Gain an additional 1 Physical Damage and 0.25% Lifesteal per kill. Maximum of +40 Damage and 10% Lifesteal. Bonuses are lost upon death.


I got tanks up my *** (A.K.A. enemy armor stackers)


40 Attack Damage
UNIQUE Passive: Attacks penetrate 40% of the defender's armor.
Ok simple as that more attack damage EVEN more armor penetration just what you need for those tougher enemies

I got fed too much (A.K.A. no more inventory slots)



The elixirs are in the order you will need them being the number one most helpful... Just take them all if you can and go rape'em xD

Summoner Spells

A good alternative which will help give a little more CC in lane and get a kill early game (I say early because late you won't have a problem chasing ^^)

Hmm... For first blood and a couple of kills after that but it becomes useless late game

Three Hit Combo

That is what I call the easiest way to trigger

Hit your target with a standard attack then immediately [tumble] (preferably their way so they can't escape) attack and attack. Voil  three hit out of nowhere, 4% -in early game- of life gone ;)

!!!Note that Attack Speed does help you land those hits easily thus the !!!

Vayne is a great champion and even greater killer which is extremely fun to play especially now that she is new and you can the chat spamming
