Just don't. He will block most of your auto attacks, and just leap to you and stun you. Your E does not matter to him.
t doesn't matter what you do here, whether you have ult or don't. Kha'zix will kill you. His burst is on such a short cooldown there is nothing you can do. If you find yourself in this matchup play safe, farm, don't invade, and just group.
Prevent him from finishing the Three-Claw Strike as in the third attack he will knock you out and receive reduced skills cooldown. When Xin Zhao is using Crescent Guard,avoid using "Mounting Dread" so your damage is not undone.
He can flay enemies out of your ult or throw a lantern inside to get allies out reliably when in danger. Thresh is a comfortable support for a Kindred
Turns your ult into a death pit with their ult.
With the right timing, a Morgana ultimate can be the most powerful tool to end a Kindred ultimate; it can either force them all out of the ultimate, or provide a burst of damage and a sizeable team-wide stun if they choose to stay, allowing you to clean up any leftovers easily.
A Soraka R can bring your entire team to 50% after coming out of Lamb's Respite. Just make sure they know to ult after it ends, otherwise it will be negated entirely.
Champion Build Guide
LAMB - ENEMY CHAMPIONS: Lamb is offered a selection of Champion icon champions to take down, which is hidden while in combat with an enemy champion. Once selected, there's an 8 seconds delay before the Mark can be collected, and Lamb can change her target if the target hasn't died during a period of time. Targets successfully hunted cannot be targeted again for 4 minutes.
WOLF - ENEMY MONSTERS: Starting at 3:15, Wolf periodically selects a monster camp within the enemy's jungle based on Lamb's current Marks for 180 seconds:

Wolf will select another monster camp 40 seconds after killing a marked monster. If an ally kills a hunted jungle monster within 6 seconds of Kindred damaging it, Kindred will still acquire the stack.
The marked camp is highlighted on the minimap to both teams. The mark is removed when the camp is cleared even if Kindred are not involved.
