Lissandra surprised me pretty much when I jungled her the 1st time in 3v3, here is why:

Jungle rating compared to other junglers:
Waveclear 5/5 - the fastest 3v3 jungler, faster than Udyr/Shyv/Mundo through all stages of the game
Ganks 5/5 - E through wall, snare, absolutely amazing
Sustain 3/5 - before Spirit 2/5, after Spirit 5/5
Utility 4/5 - Sweeper helps out with vision while giving 20% cdr, her set also contains much utility
Counter-jungling 4/5 - very safe invades thanks to escape, very fast steal thanks to Q,W and smite
Early/Mid/Late game teamfights: 2/4/4 - while having awesome waveclear you don't deal much damage against champions early because of Spirit Stone, her mid game is as good as her late game, she can burst people down like crazy

I choose Spirit of the Spectral Wraith because it gives utility, a lot of sustain and damage, core for my jungle Lissandra but you can easily jungle without it.
Blackfire Torch is still broken, movespeed has been added for a little higher price, I would not change it back, crazy damage + mobility.
hextech sweeper is a super cheap item that gives quite a lot of AP, 20% cdr (mobafire is not up-to-date) and vision (detects traps too!). It costs only 2200 gold.
After all that I choose damage items to be able to assassinate people. Void Staff, Wooglet's Witchcap
