Very hard to win against a good Yone.
You could flip Lv. 1 here too if you want.
Exhaust Ignite if you want to try and fight early
Flash Ignite if you want to be able to flash his R or Q3 while in your W.
Try to dodge his Q3 with your W and go for a small trade if he's not in his E.
If he Es toward you, Q - E him into a wall to make him go back if you can't fight him.
Stay in the wave so if he Qs you he also hits the minions, making the wave push into you.
If you end up fighting a bad Yone or one that doesn't know he wins the matchup you can end up snowballing pretty hard on him.
Going crit can work as a way to try and kill him before he kills you, but Eclipse - Sundered also works.
