Rengar
An even half decent rengar player will make the game unplayable for you. You both instant kill eachother, but he can do it from a bush with point and click AA/Q, where you have to land a spear.
This is my suggested perma ban, but if you do play against him try to focus on his fury stacks as if he can Q2 you it will hurt really bad.

Get him to invade with you off of ganks and bully enemy Jungle.

Abilities
Runes: Conqueror
PRECISION
Conqueror is easy to stack up with your long ranged autos, and many abilities once you go into a fight. It provides a lot of adaptive force which helps against tankier enemies in sustained fights. The healing it provides can be helpful in some situations, but I rarely have much bonus healing from it at the end of matches. Triumph provides a small heal after kills and some bonus gold. The gold provided is not too large, however is more beneficial than the other options for this slot. Legend: Haste gives us stacking haste for our basic abilities from getting takedowns. Our gameplay consists of weaving together many abilities from our cougar and human form so this haste allows us to cycle much faster, increasing our damage, healing, poke abilities, and map control. Cut Down increases our damage against high health enemies, which boosts our spear damage at the opening of a fight and gets enemies into range for our Takedown to finish them off much more consistently.Many players swear by
Coup de Grace, but given that we will basically never be engaging on a full health enemy as our spear will deal a huge chunk to them I feel that the bonus damage here is much less important. After playing with both I see that Coup de Grace consistently provides less damage at the end of a game.
SORCERY
Transcendence gives us haste as we level, which again lets us cycle our abilities faster. The percentage reduction on takedown can help us get out with Pounce after getting a kill. Waterwalking increases our movespeed and AP in the river, letting us move to ganks faster and have easier fights for Scuttlecrabs and objectives.ALTERNATIVE SECONDARY RUNESRUNESHARDS
