Queen Of Valor ADR bot Pros / Cons
Vayne very good at Bot and can have a good help by a supporter like,
Lulu, Blitz Crank, Kayle, Tahm Kench, and Thresh.
And she can easily defeat them when stunned or condemned. Just make sure that if you condemn the enemy will hit against the wall.
Cons
Vayne is too low at meta
Too low at CC
and Too low at Attack speed
Late Gamer
Just so Squishy
Very low on Mana
And last of all VERY LOW AT ATTACK DAMAGE.
ADC Vayne Top Pros / Cons
Vayne is too good at Carry on top as Top laners are assassins like yasuo and Garen. And can fight Tankers like Cho'Gath and Garen.
And also If you can 1v2 a champ go for it. But always fight with team backups or supports like what I mentioned earlier.
Cons
Very Squishy
Can be a Late Gamer
Too Low on Mana and CC
Can be a feeder
Impossible to fed at top. Unless if enemy team's yasuo is a dummy
Can be a Boosted Ape

Vayne is actually not jungler, but it depends
on the player on how they move and how they
shoot, its on the strategy of the player,
But vayne should actually be jugnler as she is
very good at it when silver bolts come first,
but as you see I recommended Tumble because tum
-ble can hit Critical Chance.
Cons
First of all, Vayne is too squishy
Vayne can be easily executed by jungle
Vayne is very slow at jungling
Vayne can have a late game at jungle
Vayne is too weak against the original junglers.
