Threats & Synergies
Right off the bat level 1 he has more sustain than you. But as the lane progesses you should have the advantage. Don't give him the advantage early and you should be fine against him.
This should be an easy lane for you. The only thing too worry for is his Feast and his passive sustain. If you manage to poke him with your axes and zone off creeps then he should have a hard time fighting you. Make sure to get a early Hexdrinker to negate his damage early.
With the changes now, he has weaker laning phase but a stronger teamfight ability. You should be able 1v1 him easily. But be cautios of his Decimate. This can easily turn the whole fight around and end up badly for you. Rush Ninja tabi for boots instead of Mercs.
She has a really weak early game where you have the upper hand. Level 3 or 4 you should start to bully her and 6 is where you should going in for kills because you are most likely ahead by that time. Hexdrinker would be great against Diana.
I feel like the only chance you have against kill Mundo as Olaf is pre-6. After that its way harder then it would be if your not majorly ahead. By the time he hits 6 you should try and roam if you already have the advantage in lane. Be careful for axes though. The poke can easily send you out of lane if your not careful.
He has a very average early game, but I Olaf's early game is stronger. But post-6 is where this starts to get more volatile, his burst will most likely be higher then yours if your not majorly ahead. Be careful as well because is pretty good at setting up ganks for his jungler. A Hexdrinker would be a nice item against Ekko.
AD Fizz should be easy to lane against. He has a fairly weak early game where you have the upper hand. If you manage to pick up a solo kill on him the lane is pretty much over if the other jungler doesn't gank for him. Even though it is rarely seen AP Fizz is kind of the same story. Pick up a Hexdrinker in both cases to minimize his damage as much as possible.
If the other Gangplank is good. He'll use the fact that your not ranged against you. He'll zone you off your creeps with his barrels and poke with his parley. Just wait for 6 and farm up for Black Cleaver and you should be able to fight him if you haven't given him any skills.
Gnar should a fairly easy match up for you. If he pokes you, poke him back with Undertow. If he tries to fight you, pop your ult and there's he can really do against you. The only way he can win the lane if you play horribly or you get camped by the the other jungler.
You have the advantage level 1 through 3 before he gets his tri-force. Once he gets his tri-force this is the only time he can really fight you. Get some extra cloth armor, don't overextend and the lane should pretty fair for you.
You directly counter Irelia in this lane. Poke her with Undertow until she has to leaves lane. If she doesn't, kill her.
If the Jarvan goes full AD, then the lane will be very volatile and can go either based on how you and the Jarvan plays. You have the advantage to poke from range, and in the very early game you could out trade if you play it perfectly. Try and avoid his E-Q combo. If he gets ahead of you there is nothing you can really do to get back ahead of him besides teamfight. Its the same for you if you get ahead of him. Also don't underestimate his ult damage.
You have a better early game then Jax but he scales better. Since you have the better early game you should pick fights in levels 1 through 4. Be careful of his level 9 because by then his W should be maxed and he'll doing a lot of damage if he isn't behind by a lot.
Malphite is a direct counter to AD top laners and any AD champion in general. What you should do instead of rushing Phage straight off, get a brutalizer for lane power so you can get through his armor more easily. You can finish this off into a Youmuu's if you want too. You do have a better early game then him because of his mana problems.
You should have an easy lane here. He has a fairly weak early game compared too you and there is no significant coming out of Maokai if you haven't gave him some early kills. You probably won't get many kills in this matchup either so since you have better waveclear when you push go roam bot or mid.
Nasus has a very weak early game and Olaf is one of the best champions in denying farm. You should be fighting him constantly early game when he is weakiest. Make sure when you fight him there is no way he can fight you back without dying, you don't want to give him free kills so he can get back into the game. Also you should keep on eye on him lane, do your best to not let him farm by himself.
This just comes all down who is the better Olaf. If you know the other Olaf is better then you then play safe and don't be too aggresive with out any jungler ganks. If you manage too fall behind on don't bother too fight him.
This should be very volatile matchup. You both have great early games with the better early game going to Panth. But Panth falls off earlier then Olaf. Just make sure you don't give him an advantage early and you should be fine.

Reckless Swing can easily kill you while getting bursted early game
Has a ton of mana issues early game
E max isn't as good as it once was, they nerfed E so its better to max Q for the burst damage and the perma slow if you can land it constantly. With the Q max you can on the ADC forever until there dead. Its basically a watered down version of Hecarim , except no CC can effect him, true damage, and a perma-slow.
E is still good as ever early game but again Undertow is just better as of right now.
This runes are flat AD,flat ARMOR,and flat MR reds, yellows, and blues. These function great for Olaf as he is DPS off-tank that scales AD. But since he's a tank he needs to be able to take damage for the rest of his team. But also if hes team is lacking in damage Olaf can come in and save the day with a couple of Reckless Swings and a number of will thrown Undertows. Also you don't have too follow my path and play Olaf with this runes (even though I highly recommend it) you have a choice to use the runes you have set up for yourself. Just wanted to let you know that.
Last hitting in this game is core and will result to you being ahead of your laning opponent and giving your team the advantage. If you don't know how too last hit then go in bots and practice to last hit without runes or masteries with any champion. Do this before you start to play every single day. This will improve your last hitting more overtime.
