It had a great a buff some patches ago (effect of the riftmaker is triggerd faster and also by enemy damage intead of your own. All the stats are Great on singed and the passive as well but how it buffs legendary items with extra omnivamp over its own base 8% is just great. (2% per legendary item) 16 % omnivamp from Riftmaker, 7,5% from Ravenous Hunter, Triumph, Taste of Blood, Conqueror and a Spirit Visage. You have so much healing sources that work so well with your poison and playstyle.

I took here Tenacity boots for example, get these when you face AP/CC Plated Steelcaps when you face loads of AD Boots of Swiftness are generally good on singed since movementspeed is really good for you

Proxy
There are a lot of catches when it comes to proxying.
I try to cover you up with some basics here.
1. Some Matchup are gonna be so horrible for you that you are better of proxying then laning since the enemy laner can make you lose too much CS.
2. track the enemy jungler and be carefull which jungler you try this against.
3. when you proxy its a good idea to have a summoner up or your ult so your not instantly dead when things do go wrong.
