Simply counters you, in high elo, I HIGHLY recommend you ban him.

Urgot

Tank and range, this absolute monster will slow you and poke you to death, farm under tower and dont attack him unless you have ganks coming, I highly recommend you to ban him.

Jayce

Stay under tower, farm and wait for ganks, there really isnt much you can do against him, just dodge his abilitys and or else attack him IF you can and feel like you can, but never, never 1v1 a good Jayce, he will simply knock you up with his hammer and kill you.

Kennen

He is range so be careful, wait for a gank and make sure to keep it farmin, simply dodge his abilitys and block his escape, after that make a well timed flip and you should be good.

Kayle

Counters you but is not used often these days, still be careful and play safe and call for ganks, there is not much you can do.

Pantheon

Its skill at this point, call for your jungle or outskill him and bait his stun and block, you should be ok tho.

Darius

Very hard, darius counters your passive which is pretty bad, he does more damage and has a hook and a heal which makes him even more hard to kill, call for ganks and play very safe.

Garen

Should be easy, bait his Q then attack, just be careful when he gets his op ultimate.
