Kha' Zix is a great champ and though he is mostly played mid. However, due to the trend of junglers to play off in the fog and leave you laning alone up top, the taste your fear mechanic of Kha Zix make him a good top laner assasin type or bruiser. HE CAN MID, however without the range and against someone like Cass or Kat perhaps he wont stack up Early, but will keep up late game. The important thing is take him where you want, typically anything but bottom. Cuz DAT ADC
