Goes Where He Pleases (PASSIVE)
Dr. Mundo Passive Ability
Introduction

The items for a tanky
Dr. Mundo are fairly simple. Build health, armor and magic resist. There are a few necessities for
Dr. Mundo though:
Warmog's Armor is the first of these items. It grants TONS of health, at its passive combined with
Dr. Mundo's passive,
Goes Where He Pleases, also gives him spectacular health regeneration. Another key item for
Dr. Mundo is
Spirit Visage. Its passive makes
Goes Where He Pleases and
Maximum Dosage 20% more powerful, allowing you to heal yourself a lot quicker, plus giving magic resist, which is fairly scarce with the new items. Other great items include
Runic Bulwark,
Thornmail, and
Sunfire Aegis. For variations on the build, look at the items above.

Fairly simple skill sequence. Max either
Infected Bonesaw or
Heart Zapper first, the other second, and
Blunt Force Trauma last. As with all ultimates, max
Maximum Dosage at levels 6, 11, and 16.

As a tanky top laner, you can take some pain, as long as you last hit. Be extra careful of ignite, as it will significantly reduce the healing of
Maximum Dosage. If you are being frozen or poked down, you can use your
Infected Bonesaw to last hit. It doesn't cost much, and will refund half of the cost of the ability. When in teamfights, you will most likely get ignited. Be wary of this, and try not to use your ultimate until the ignite has gone away. Armor and magic resist will help alleviate some of the damage to help you get through the ignite and tank the enemy team at the same time. Use your cleaver often, especially late game.
