Champion Build Guide
Welcome!
Hello! This is the off-meta guide I promised to post later today. Quinn is a champion I love and one of the champions I wish were better at ADC than they are, but even if they're not the best overall, they're definitely the best amongst the off-meta ones! You can definitely climb very high with this pick, and have fun with it.
When to pick Quinn?
Quinn doesn't get as punished by long range champions as much as other off-meta champions, so you can definitely play her versus Ashe and Cait even if you get bullied. There isn't any specific reason to pick Quinn other than having fun. She's okay with enchanters and tank supports alike, she also has a pretty low banrate and pickrate, so have fun with this pick as much as you want!
She has great roaming, 1v1 and splitpush pressure, so if your team is needing that, those are her strengths.

Laning Phase
Laning phase can go either very roughly or really good depending on the matchup.
If you're winning lane use that presssure to help other lanes, you're a roaming champion. Shove the wave under their turret and look to make plays in mid or with your jungle, alternatively, when you back, you can head toplane and look for a play there if possible (just like Twitch can do).
If you're losing lane do the same, but more selfishly. Try to gain advantages by looking for them on other lanes. Ask your jungler to help you out, get the CS you can get, and roam with them around the map, this is your best chance to come back into the game.

Mid-Game
In the mid-game, you should look to splitpush the sidelane with the objective on it, since you don't have teleport like other splitpushers do. You can very quickly move to plays around the map with your ult, so use that to join teamfights way before your assigned lane opponent in the splitpush can.
You could also stay with your team and fight with them like a normal adc would if there's already someone doing the splitpush role and your team can't 1-3-1.

Late Game
Your job keeps being to splitpush and join the fights that pop out. You're still the adc and the team's main source of damage (allegedly) so try to always be there when a fight breaks out.
