Introduction

Quinn is a strong champion with high damage output and mobility. Played correctly she can tear through an entire team.

Items

The use of these items together makes for a Quinn who does ridiculous damage and has amazing sustain. With the Bloodthirster and Critical Strike, she can win in any lane. Though with all the items she is very strong, before she is able to build Phantom Dancer she is weak so play passively until you get it.

Skill Sequence

Passive - Harrier: Valor periodically marks enemies as vulnerable. Quinn's first basic attack against Vulnerable targets will deal bonus physical damage. When a target is marked attempt to hit it because it will deal much more damage than a normal auto attack, but do not over extend attempting to take advantage of it.

(Q) Blinding Assault: Quinn calls Valor to blind and damage targets in an area. This ability will be maxed second, it is great for harrasing and enemy without fear of retaliation since they are silenced.
