Essentially, this build had its strength from it's split pushing power. With Noonquiver and Hullbreaker, you can 1v1 almost any enemy that isn't super fed, and it allows you to take towers for free. The only time you should not be in the sideline is if your team is not applying pressure anywhere on the map. During these times you should group with your team as to not get picked. In a teamfight, Hullbreaker is still useful because of how absurdly cheap it is. Once you get your hands on an attack speed item like Phantom Dancer, towers mean nothing to you, and you are still tanky from your Hullbreaker passive.
