Hello! I am a 
Lux Main in the TR Server with over 150K Mastery Points. I am new to League, but I know a lot!
She looks like she is in a weak spot right now, that may be right but I think she is amazing with Enchanter/Utility build.
I am Silver 2 at the moment actually, I want to reach Gold or maybe Platinum!

Laning
You will want to keep poking your enemy(s) with Lucent Singularity. (and last-hit minions if Mid)
Use your Light Binding whenever you think it will hit. Then do your Light Binding> Lucent Singularity>AA> Lucent Singularity>AA combo if you can.
Shield if getting poked by the enemy.

Mid-Game Teamfighting
Stay near the ADC. Try to get in Light Binding range and if it hits Light Binding> Lucent Singularity> Final Spark the enemy. If the Light Binding hits a tank, you may not want to use your combo.
Try to position right (Make your Prismatic Barrier hit atleast 2 allies) and protect the ADC.

Late-Game Teamfighting
Stay behind and focus on hitting your Light Binding and Prismatic Barrier. Try to poke but never get close to enemies. Your late-game is not the best so you may want to buy some support items.

- Good Teamfighting
> Can one-shot squishies, shield every teammate and zone enemies.

> Weak against other mages, assassins and sometimes ad carries.
- All Skillshots
> You have to hit your abilities to do anything.
- Light Binding or Death
> If you miss your Light Binding you are not a champion for 8 seconds.
- Cooldowns
> Your cooldowns are pretty high. Your Lucent Singularity and Light Binding are very important and their cooldowns are pretty high.
- Weak Against Magic Resistance.
> She is easily countered by any kind of Magic Resistance. If your laner builds a Hexdrinker you can't kill them.

Item Choices
If not going Electrocute or Glacial Augment, best choice for mid (necessary for farming) and not bad for full AP support.
If using Electrocute or Glacial Augment best choice. Not bad for mage support, good for roaming and utility.
Amazing item for support and good utility for mid. If your ADC is fed you may want to build this item even if you are mid-lane.
Do not rush this every game as a second item. Build Oblivion Orb then go for Rabadon's Deathcap. If you are using Glacial Augment you don't need this until late-game.
Amazing item but costs a lot.
If you're going support, good item.
Rune Choices
Good for poking. I recommend Electrocute for mid-lane though.
You must use this if you are using Sorcery as a secondary/primary. You are very mana hungry.
You really need CDR because your cooldowns are very high.
I prefer this over Gathering Storm because early game is really important.
Only for mid-lane. Lots of burst.
Amazing sustain for early game.
Good for early game poke.
Nice bonus AP.
Amazing for support. Also free AP.
I love having free movement speed as Lux.
Final Spark's cooldown is already low, not optimal in my opinion.
Amazing utility and you don't lose a lot of damage.
You must get this if you are going Glacial Augment or Electrocute. Your only way of one-shotting casters without Luden's Tempest.
