If you can dodge her Orb and Charm, you're good to go. Just look out for her ult if you're running from her.
Akali
This bitch can get all up in your business once she hits six. If you can get your jungler to bully her enough, you can win.
Annie
This is a relatively easy lane to win. Just look out for that Bear-Nuke, and you can burst her down fast than she can deploy her Zhonya's.
Azir
If you want to learn what a little pain feels like, try facing Azir. His soldiers deal massive damage to turrets, and he can also turret dive you from extremely far away. If you can avoid those though, you've got it made. Like Akali, if your jungler can fuck him up, this lane is yours for the taking.
Brand
Brand CAN be easy, it just depends on how aggressive you want to be. Rush a Zhonya's against this guy so you can negate his ultimate, and once he burns that (get it?), you can burst him down faster than he can burst you down. If you're having trouble, your jungler might be able to do things if they're playing someone like Vi.
Cassiopeia
You need to learn to hate this champion. She's a bit of a bitch in lane, her E allows her to farm extremely well, which charges her stacks, which, in turn, grants her more AP. Once she burns her ult, get your jungler to gank and you can get rid of her.
Diana
Lookout for her Q. That is all.
Ezreal
Super Easy Laning phase, he has absolutely no CC. Just ward smartly, and don't chase when he uses E, as he is a great kiter.
Fiddlesticks
Look out for his Fear so that he can't drain off of you. Those crows can be damn annoying, so just farm until Ultimate.
Fiora
If she's Mid, be upset, because she can FUCK YOU UP. Her passive allows her to gain a bunch of health-regen. Look on the bright side, you're ranged and not AD. If you get lucky, your jungler can shut her down.
Fizz
Get a Zhonya's around Level 6 to dodge his Ultimate. He's a really great turret diver, much like Azir.
Galio
Can be difficult to fight, just build up magic pen to get this nerd off your back.
Gragas
He's an easy win, just watch out for that ult, as (most of the time) it's an initiator for his jungler.
Heimerdinger
If you can get rid of his turrets, you can win super easy. Dodge his ult with Zhonya's and you have it made.
Jayce
If he can hit his skill shot, you more than likely will die. Dodge it with your E, and ATTEMPT to burst him down.
Karma
Once she uses her shield and she's high on health, just flee. She's gonna attempt to hit you with her snare. Otherwise, you can win this lane quite easily.
Karthus
YOU SEE THAT ZHONYA'S OF YOURS? USE IT WHEN HE'S ULTING. WIN LANE, WIN GAME.
Kassadin
Pretty difficulty lane, especially if he gets a TON of farm. Look out for his ult, as he will more than likely use it to turret dive you.
Katarina
Kat is REALLY easy to fight. Use your Ring of Frost, then Ult her. After that, just use every ability possible.
LeBlanc
Highly advised not to fight her. If you're in a normals and you're fighting her, just ult yourself and Zhonya's. ALOT. Get some ganks ALOT.
Lissandra
Fighting yourself? Now that's just crazy talk. YOU CANT DO THAT IN A RANKED GAME. In normals, just build a Morrellonomicon and burst them down.
Lulu
Lulu's a pretty easy lane, the only way she can beat you is if you get camped by the enemy jungler.
Lux
She can 1-2-3 you with her Q-E-R combo. If you she the ult coming, Zhonya's or E to dodge it.
Malzahar
Malzahar can rape you in lane. His supression can wreck your shit. If you can take advantage of him early, you CAN win.
Master Yi
It's rare seeing him around here, but he can beat the shit out of you too.
Mordekaiser
Just Zhonya's on his ult. Win Lane, Win Game.
Morgana
She's normally a support, but if you see her mid, Zhonya's or ult her when she ults.
Nami
Nami has a lot of CC, but you can beat her pretty easy. Just Zhonya's when she ults so that you can dodge it.
Nautilus
He's a weird mid-laner, like Gragas. Zhonya's or ult yourself when he tries to pop you up.
Nidalee
Dodge her Q, and you can win this lane. If she hits it often, stand behind minions. You'll be at a disadvantage this way, though.
Nocturne
An odd mid-laner. When it gets dark, run towards turret, because 9/10 times, he'll ult you.
Nunu & Willump
It's possible to see him mid, look out for his snowball of death. The range isn't too large, so you should be good.
Orianna
Ball is life. Her ball may be scary, attempt to go around it. Just like Azir, she's got great turret diving capabilities with her ball.
Pantheon
He can be mid. If you see him charging for ult, use your Ring of Frost on him to stop it. You can bully him with your CC, if your low, just recall. Don't even try to fight him when that happens.
Riven
She's a super mobile mid-laner. I don't recommend fighting her without an ally. Ult her when you want to engage on her.
Rumble
He can be pretty easy to fight, just get Magic Pen, as he can be a beef cake. Look out for "THE EQUALIZER" and you'll be safe.
Ryze
He's normally top lane, but if he winds up mid, PLAY SAFE. He can burst you down in a matter of seconds after he roots you. The best way to fight him is getting allies with you, tell them when his ult is down so they can engage.
Sona
A rare mid-laner, look out for her Q. It does a TON of damage once she gets Lich Bane. This lane can go either way.
Soraka
Ever since the rework, she pokes really well. Almost all of her abilities involve a circle, E out of most of them.
Swain
Swain can bully you with his snare and his ult, be wary of those two things. He's got a large amount of CC. This lane will more than likely go in his favor.
Syndra
Syndra has a large amount of CC, look out for her E, then strike.
Talon
Talon can be a bitch in lane, his W allows his passive to take over, as well as his E. He has a large amount of CC. Getting a Zhonya's will help a large amount.
Teemo
Teemo's not much of an issue. Much like Ezreal, he doesn't have much CC. Look out for his kiting abilities.
Tristana
AP Tristana is wierd, but still viable. She's really bursty, so watch out for that. Her bombs are a fucking pain, though.
Twisted Fate
Twisted Fate is easy ass lane. If you bully him before he gets his Lich Bane, you have won. Even if you don't bully, you WILL win this lane.
Varus
He's uncommon, but still a thing. AP Varus is a bitch late game, just bully him early and take that Nexus down.
Veigar
Veigar is a BITCH. Get that Zhonya's around level six, use it whenever he ults and you can win this lane.
Vel'Koz
Vel'Koz is one of your worst matchups. He's got the range, the CC, and the burst. His ult can be avoided pretty easily though, just Zhonya's.
Viktor
Viktor is horrible for you to fight. His range with his Fire Lazor thing is very high, as well as having a power ultimate. Zhonya's will help you a lot.
Vladimir
Vladimir... A large problem. He can wreck your shit pretty quickly, as well as have a large amount of sustain.
Wukong
IF he goes mid, he can win lane hard. Wukong is an extremely underused champion, and if you see him mid, be afraid. He's got a large attack power. Zhonya's is advised for his ultimate.
Xerath
Xerath has a ton of range. A little too much range. If you can get close to him, you can burst him down really fast.
Kennen
Kennen can be a problem, especially if he builds Spell Vamp. His Ultimate can be an issue, as well as his passive. This lane is 50-50.
Xin Zhao
If he engages on you, use your Ring of Frost and fight back. You can win these duels early, but once he gets Lifesteal, run away. This matchup isn't for you.
Yasuo
If Yasuo is Level Six, have a Zhonya's active up as often as possible. Do it whenever he tornadoes, if you can. You can beat him though, once he uses ult on you, ult him back and burst him.
Zed
Zed's a little piece of shit, being bursty as fuck before you are. The only way you can win is via Zhonya's and your ultimate.
Ziggs
Ziggs is a champion much like Wukong, except not at all. He has a large range, you can win this one though. Just burst him down really fast and hope he doesn't get Magic Pen.
Zilean
The Terrorist is at it again. Bombin your head before you can kill him. He has two lives, so kill him early and you can win this lane.
Zyra
Zyra has a decent amount of CC, but not as much as you. She's extremely frail, so you can kill her swiftly.
Currently, I only have one champion (Lissandra), for this guide. I'm going to update the chapters, but currently it is build, masteries, runes, and vs. champions.
