Mundo is a tank champion which can be very tanky and deal good damage with his q he can have very good attack damage with his e and full his hp from jungle to jungle by his ult with very low cd and with his pasife which i will explain these later on. On this guide u guys will see how i build my mundo with different items according to the enemy team.

General : So I added new topic Skill and change many things and i want to mention till now this build WASN'T fully finished and still not finish today i done many things and hoping it to be finish soon i added more color and added many pictures , icons etc and i am still edding new things.

-Great jungler but slow in clearing the jungle creeps.
-Great ganging slowing with q and a guarentee kill.
-Very Tanky in early late game.


-Not so many Cons are having.
-Only Slow on clearing jungle creeps , but after level 4 - 5 its ok.

In Runes for my jungler/tank mundo i go for:

Greater Mark of Health ( 9x )
Greater Seal of Armor ( 9x )
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist ( 9x )
Greater Quintessence of Vitality ( 3x )

For masteries i go for 5 offensife 25 defens giving health and classic jungle masteries on
defensife and going for attack damage on offensife.
I am making Dr. Mundo very tanky but also a tank which can deal very good damage/

The items i select should be choose according the enemy is so if there is fed ap or ad champion u will go the magic res or armor item the items which give health should not be change but the items that give armor and magic res should be properly builded according the enemy but the force of nature item is a MUST sun fire cape and warmog are MUST too other then these u can choose what to take according the enemys is.

If facing with a fed enemy adc or if enemies are mostly like ad:

Heart of Gold 825
Sunfire Aegis 2700
Warmog's Armor 3000
Thornmail 2700
Randuin's Omen 3000

If you are facing more likely like ap team or if they are having fed ap:

Or other items you may buy for ap enemy team:

Banshee's Veil : This item is perfect it gives health and mana but the mana is not the main point its pasife is the main point making very easy against fed ap or mostly like ap enemys.

Maw of Malmortius : Excelent choise giving u ad ad per miss health and magic res also gives a shield when low hp making ability damages block like Black Shield

So i tested this build now a days and it maked Dr. Mundo incredibly good so we know Dr. Mundo is altough very good killing enemys only with his Infected Bonesaw but by this build Dr. Mundo deals incredibly damage from his Blunt Force Trauma having around 400 + ad with full build incredibly good so you might try out this build if you get free time its super funny to play with this build.


Frozen Mallet : You can get this item to give you some attack damage and health if you are gonna get this item you better take it in early game , taking it in late game will disadvantage you.

Ionic Spark : So this item is cool giving you Health and Attack Speed so its very usefull you can get this item whenever you want this item could be as a last item.

Aegis of the Legion : This item gives you 24 magic res. , 18 armor and 270 health also it got aura which gives 12 armor 15 magic res and 8 attack damage to allies and to you making it a viable item to get.

Guardian Angel : This item is perfect for getting I usually get out this item as my last item pick ofcourse if there is nothing needed to buy , when you are reviving with this item and when your ulti is open it STILL HEALS YOU so when you revived by the item you would have full health Guardian Angel gives you 750 health and some health you get with your ulti and you would have up - down 1500 - 2000 health (it changes according to your health in this case i am talking about a max health of 4000).

Shurelya's Battlesong : So one of the viable items you can use its active + Ghost + Maximum Dosage which all 3 gives you movement speed in mean if you have 400 movement speed normally with your ultimate it goes to 470 ( i am not sure about the exact number ) + the speed of the Ghost summoner spell making your movement speed to 550 ( I am still dont know the exact number ) + with the item Shurelya's Battlesong you would have about 600 + MOVEMENT SPEED so you can get this item its very usefull but if you get other item to get then get them first and if you have nothing left to buy get this item.

These items are not in build but however you can choose these items too according to your enemy team ofcourse.

Dr. Mundo regains 0.3% of his maximum health each second.

This is a good pasife this pasife is same as Garen's pasife Perseverance it allows you to stay in lane longer giving you health regen.

ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo hurls his cleaver in a line. The first target it hits receives magic damage equal to a percentage of the enemy's current health and is slowed by 40% for 2 seconds. In addition, Dr. Mundo is healed for an amount equal to half the health cost. It has a minimum damage threshold, and a maximum damage cap versus monsters and minions.

MAGIC DAMAGE: 15 / 18 / 21 / 23 / 25 % of target's current health
MINIMUM DAMAGE: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280
MAXIMUM DAMAGE VERSUS MONSTERS: 300 / 400 / 500 / 600 / 700

RANGE: 1000
COST: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 health

Infected Bonesaw is very effective in taking out neutral camps. It deals damage based on enemy health, which neutral creeps tend to have a lot of. This allows Dr. Mundo to jungle effectively how ever you need to level up Infected Bonesaw to 3 - 2 levels to make it more effectife.

Infected Bonesaw makes a distinctive splat noise and returns health when it hits an enemy, it can be used reliably for checking bushes for enemies.

TOGGLE: While active, Dr. Mundo deals continuous magic damage per second to nearby enemies and reduces the duration of crowd control effects on himself.

Diameter of AoE: 325
MAGIC DAMAGE: 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 (+ 20% AP)
DURATION REDUCTION %: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30

COST: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 health per second

Since Heart Zapper also gives you crowd control reduction in addition to the damage, don't forget to use it during team fights or while chasing/fleeing especially against crowd control heavy enemies. Also, the reduction does stack with Mercury's Treads to make crowd control very ineffective against Dr. Mundo .

ACTIVE: Increases Dr. Mundo's physical damage by a flat amount for about 5 seconds. In addition, Dr. Mundo gains additional damage for each percent of missing health.

FLAT ATTACK DAMAGE BONUS: 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100

EXTRA ATTACK DAMAGE BONUS: 0.4 / 0.55 / 0.7 / 0.85 / 1 per 1% of health missing

COST: 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 health

Blunt Force Trauma has no cast time and does not interrupt Dr. Mundo's orders also Blunt Force Trauma's percentage bonus will continually adjust itself after activation as Dr. Mundo gains and loses health.
Blunt Force Trauma can potentially grant up to 80/110/140/170/200 bonus attack damage, provided that Dr. Mundo is still alive and has less than 0.5% health remaining.
If you Use Blunt Force Trauma while having low hp then you are more advantaged so try to kill your enemys and have advantage from this.

ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo gains increased movement speed and regenerates a percentage of his maximum health over a period of 12 seconds.

HEAL: 40 / 50 / 60 % of max health

MOVEMENT SPEED %: 15 / 25 / 35


COST: 20% of current health

So this is the one of the best ultis ever after you reach level 6, you should rarely have to leave your lane because you can use your ulti and full your health which your ulti has short cooldown.

Maximum Dosage continues to heal you when you're resurrecting from Guardian Angel. Timing a Maximum Dosage well with Guardian Angel is a very good way to bait and finish off low health opponents who wait for you to resurrect.

Maximum Dosage and plus Ghost can make Dr. Mundo a very good chaser altough you can slow your enemys with infected clever and finish them off easily.

Summoner Spells

For summoner spells :


Most Viable Summoner Spell Choises

: You need flash becaouse its flash you can catch a enemy easily or if they flashed you can flash too to follow them or maybe falshing through walls for running or maybe cathcing out your enemy very usefull.

: Ok you are a jungler and need smite so nothing to say about this.

exhuast : you could take this too instead of exhuast if you want.


Non Viable Summoner Spell choises

: Ok lets be serius u cant get a ignite becaouse you have your q to attack from long range and no need ignite + you are tank if you gonna take something instead of smite or flash then you would go exhaust you should not try to take kills i mean.

: Nop It could be but i dont thing so i mean but you can still get it but not neccasary.

: No need you are tank and usually adc uses cleanse to remove ignite and the exhaust.

: Surge is used by champion which needs ability power and attack speed you are jungler and so thats why you dont need surge.

: In jungle you dont need promote.

: Usually supports get this summoner spell and now a days even supports are not getting this summoner spell and getting Exhaust .

: It useless to get Teleport but you can get it if u want to go

solo top and when going back you can Teleport and do not miss any minions.

: You dont have mana.

: You are tank no need Revive altough you are jungler.
