Gwen's basic attacks on-hit grant a stack of Snippy for 6 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. Subsequent attacks refresh the duration on-hit.

ACTIVE: Gwen snips at least twice with her scissors in a cone in the target direction over the cast time, dealing 8 / 10.75 / 13.5 / 16.25 / 19 (+5% of ability power) magic damage per snip to all enemies within the area. The final snip deals 40 / 53.75 / 67.5 / 81.25 / 95 (+25% of ability power) increased damage.

If she has any Snippy stacks, she consumes each one to snip an additional time for 48 / 64.5 / 81 / 97.5 / 114 (+30% of ability power).

The center of each snip deals true damage instead and applies Thousand Cuts.
