Passive – Inherent Glamour Neeko's opus magnum.
She can disguise herself as an allied champion, ward, minion, jungle monster(not epic monsters) and lot of interactive objects for fooling enemies and setting up surprise plays. This ability makes her uniquely deceptive, allowing for mind games, clever escapes, or perfectly-timed ambushes.

Tips:
Use minion or small jungle monster disguise for free invisibility on the map while roaming.
Disguise affects movement speed, range, attack speed and even autoattack possibility.

Q – Blooming Burst Neeko hurls a magical seed.
Blooms on impact and up to two more times if it hits enemies. This is her primary damage tool, especially effective against clumped targets or immobilized foes, as each bloom deals damage in a small area.

Tips:
Bloom a maximum of 3 times, by dealing damage to champions, large jungle monsters and by killing minions or lesser monsters.
First bloom deals the most damage.

W – Shapesplitter Clone, 3-hit passive and movement]
Neeko passively gains bonus magic damage on every third autoattack. When activated, she briefly gains movement speed and sends out a clone in a targeted direction. It’s an excellent tool for repositioning, baiting, or escaping — a trickster’s perfect utility.

Tips:
Use clone to block hooks and projectiles like Super Mega Death Rocket!.
Facecheck places and bushes by using clone.


E – Tangle-Barbs Neeko launches a spiraling tendril
Tendril damages and snares the first enemy hit. If it passes through additional targets, it becomes wider, faster, and snares for longer, making it ideal for catching grouped enemies or setting up her combo.

Tips:
Always try to throw Tendril through several targets.
It's your only disengage skill in early, try not to spam with it


R – Pop Blossom Your ace up your sleeve
After a short channel, Neeko leaps into the air and crashes down, dealing significant magic damage and stunning all enemies in the area. If she’s disguised, the channel is hidden, making it devastating in surprise teamfights. Proper timing can turn the tide of battle in an instant.

Tips:
Always be in disguise before using for bigger surprise.
Both engage and disengage skill, use in crisis situations or in teamfights.

Electrocute is perfect for combo Tangle-Barbs>AA> Blooming Burst or Tangle-Barbs> Blooming Burst>AA etc. You can use either Cheap Shot or Sudden Impact, both are very good. Deep Ward is only good rune from 2nd row, very useful vision upgrade. 3rd row is for any choice. I prefer Relentless Hunter because fast Neeko is the best Neeko :D.

Support Item Zaz'Zak's Realmspike is a good pick, when you want to be a burst dmg mage. (more dmg) Solstice Sleigh is better for playing around teammate, good synergy with your Tangle-Barbs ability. (healing and utility) Boots Sorcerer's Shoes are best for additional Magic Penetration. Boots of Swiftness are the best roam boots, with Celerity and Feats of Strength upgrade, Shapesplitter passive and active, your Neeko will become a real Toyota Supra :D Ionian Boots of Lucidity only when you need more Ability Haste Why Great Malignance is my favourite 1st pick item. As Neeko Support, you want abuse your Pop Blossom. It's your most overpowered ability. A lot of Ability Haste, Ability Power, additional dmg from passive and magic resistance shredding. Perfect! Liandry's Torment is must have vs health tank enemies like Dr. Mundo, Sion, Shen or any tank support. Burn gives you a huge amount of extra damage. Rabadon's Deathcap gives you a huge amount of extra Ability Power. A must have. Good Items Stormsurge is a very good burst item in pair with Shadowflame. Whenever you build Stormsurge, also build Shadowflame. These items give you huge damage numbers. A definitive must have for full burst setup. Flat Magic penetration and strong passive abilities. Lich Bane in my opinion is the best ending item for the full burst build. It enhances the potential of your autoattacks giving them destructive power. Void Staff build for heavily tank teams. Cryptbloom is a better utility item. It provides the team with better survivability in teamfights. Bloodletter's Curse buy this when there are a lot of magic damage champions on your team or for utility. Situational Locket of the Iron Solari is very good item, when your team deals a lot of damage with equal amounts of Ability Power and Attack Damage, then as support you want to give some utility. The best defensive utility pick. Zhonya's Hourglass buy when opponents have strong burst dmg like Zed, Evelynn. Banshee's Veil buy when opponents have a lot of projectile's, hooks or magic damage Morellonomicon buy only versus heavy healing, lifesteal, omnivamp. champs for example: Warwick, Vladimir, The Darkin Scythe: Rhaast etc. Hextech Rocketbelt only in pair with Locket of the Iron Solari. This is bait item. Too weak active skill and too few stats. Never buy this item for damage, only for survivability or utility build.
