Since Ezreal has been around for eons now, and since he has been out, he has seen every tier around whether its only lasted a single patch, or stayed there for half a season. Right now in the current meta, Ezreal is neither on the top of the pick list or the bottom, but he is still an all around good pick for stuff like solo que or your regular blind pick game.

Pro's

+ Great kiting skills
+ Good at farming safely
+ Passive gives a lot of attack speed



Con's

+ Your useless if you fall behind
+ Your mana usage can be crazy high
+ You actually have to hit your abilities to do damage

For marks, I prefer to have just strait Greater Mark of Attack Damage, But you could also add in a Greater Mark of Critical Chance (I prefer the extra AD over 1% more critical chance).

For seals, I would always no mater what, go for Greater Seal of Armor, never anything else because that's all you need for any ADC.

Like every other ADC you want Magic resist. But weather you want Greater Glyph of Magic Resist or Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist is all up to you (I prefer Flat because it helps out more in the early game).

Just like everything else, your quints are pretty standard, i like to to run 3 Greater quintessence of life steal in pretty much any situation.

Attack Damage Masteries

Of coarse both blue build and trinity build are gonna have the same masteries of 21-6-3. I picked out these masteries because they were (in my opinion) the best choices for sustain and to deal a good amount of damage.

Ability Power Masteries

These set of runes for Ability Power Ezreal is what i use for all of my AP Champions such as Ahri and Morgana. So if anyone have a better Mastery set, then put it in the comments.

On Ezreal, your Q is your Mystic Shot. This is your most used and most useful ability on ADC ezreal because of the long range and stacking it does with trinity force and a buch of other items such as
Blade Of The Ruined King and the Last Whisper. The only good thing about the Mystic Shot on AP
Ezreal is its poke and that it stacks with lichbaneLichbane.


On Ezreal, your W is your Essence Flux which is basically only useful for early game poking through the minions and using it to help proc your Tear of The Goddess or your manamureManaMure and use it for your Trintity Force or Iceborn gautletsIceborn gautlets. On AP Ezreal, your Essence flux is one of your most useful moves in your roster because of how much AP scaling it has.


On Ezreal, your E is your Arcane Shift which holds the same purpose whether your
going AP Ezreal or going ADC Ezreal, you can use it to teleport away or use it to damage your opponent ans/or close the gap between you and your opponent if your ult is down


On Ezreal your R is your Trueshot Barrage. When your going ADC Ezreal is basically just a move to finish off you opponents if they get away and during the late game you can use it to kill of a wave off threatening to destroy a tower. When your going AP Ezreal, your Trueshot Barrage does a ridiculous amount of damage when it starts to stack with AP, so you can throw your Trueshot barrage everywhere and you will do loads of damage to everything in its path.

ADC Ability Sequence


When you ADC Ezreal your Mystic Shot is your #1 ability whether your blue build or Trinity build sso you want to max that first. Since your Essence Flux is your least used move that will be the last ability you level so your Arcane Shift will be the second ability you want to level up.


AP Ability Sequence


When you are playing AP Ezreal your Essence Flux will do the most damage (outside of your Trueshot Barrage) so it will be the first to level up. Just like ADC Ezreal, maxing your Arcane Shift will come second leaving your Mystic shot to be your last ability to max.

Blue Build

When your in a team fight with Ezreal, what you need to do in those team fights varies on what kind of build your using. If your building Blue Build Ezreal, then your gonna wanna sit as far back from the enemy as possible as you can an shoot everybody down with your Mystic Shot because you are not even close yo close combat one on one or up front fights as you would be if you built Trinity Ezreal or Ability Power Ezreal so your only job as Blue build Ezreal is to sit back, relax, and Mystic Shot the hell out of all your enemies, with a Trueshot Barrage here and there, just because you can since your Ezreal.
