Introduction

Sejuani is an overall fun champion with a bunch of slows and is pretty beefy Mid/Late game. Plus she rides on a boar. Who wouldn't like that? She's kind of like Shyvana. Shyvana because she is beefy and they have a pretty similar W.

When Sejuani was born, the mystics of her tribe foretold that she would be the one to unite and lead the divided territories of Freljord. Her people had suffered for centuries, as a losing war on the frozen tundra pushed them farther and farther from Freljord's limited food supplies. Sejuani grew up surrounded by this misery, and it fueled her desire to fulfill her destiny. She pushed herself to extremes, walking out into blizzards without food or furs and training while frigid winds raked her flesh. She sparred with the strongest warriors of her tribe, one after another, until her legs would give out beneath her. She sustained injuries that would have killed any other member of the tribe, but she would only rise again, driven by sheer force of will and what her tribe took to calling her ''heart of the blizzard.''

On her twentieth birthday, Sejuani declared that she would lead her people out of their remote isolation to conquer the lands of their enemies. She had completed her training and she was ready to face the leaders of the opposing tribes. Her feats had already become legend and soldiers in her company were inspired to new heights of strength and resolve. However, before she struck out on her campaign, Ashe began campaigning for peace in Freljord, joining the League of Legends to demonstrate how the people could be spared violence. To Sejuani, this was a violation of tradition - a coward's ruse to hoard Freljord's precious few resources. She saw the confidence of her people wane as it seemed they would never be delivered from their plight. She decided that to truly prove herself as the rightful ruler of Freljord, she must defeat Ashe completely and unquestionably on the world's stage in the League of Legends.

Masteries

I took Defence and Utility mastery's for the MR/Armor/Hp Regen/Mana Regen.
Defence because she's a tank and utility for the jungling, Important Mastery's are
Juggernaut and Swiftness Along with Initiator .

Summoner Spells



I take Flash because its an all around great spell, use it to catch up to an enemy, escape, initiate.

For my second spell i take Smite, All jungler's need smite. All of them. It will help you tons in the jungle and doesn't have a very long cool down.



Other Spell's


- You could take this spell because it will increase your movement speed greatly, Good for ganking or escaping.

- You could take this spell for an extra bit of DPS for low healthed enemy's that are escaping

- You could take this spell to Slow the enemy down even more, or to Blind them from doing any damage. But You have enough slow's so it's not as good.

- Well This is the last spell i would take, but if you really think you need it you could take it.

- I wouldnt take this spell but if you think it helps, go for it.

Passive Frost - Sejuani's basic attacks apply Frost, reducing enemy Movement Speed by 10% for 3 seconds.
This passive is awesome, a 10% slow on basic attacks, it will help you stay with quicker champions.

Arctic Assault - Sejuani charges forward to deal magic damage and apply Frost to enemies. Sejuani stops upon colliding with an enemy champion.
Range: 700
Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 mana
Magic Damage: 60 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 (+0.4 per ability power)
Perfect initiating move for ganking, or team fights. You can also charge through thin wall's for a quick escape or a surprise attack.

Northern Winds - Sejuani summons an arctic storm around her which deals magic damage to nearby enemies every second. Damage is increased against enemies affected by Frost or Permafrost.
Cost: 40 mana
Cooldown: 10 second
Magic Damage per Second: 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 / 36 (+0.1 per ability power) (+1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2% of her maximum health)
This is the first move I grab for jungling, it's a nice AoE Spell similar to Shyvana's Burnout

Permafrost - Sejuani converts Frost on nearby enemies to Permafrost, dealing magic damage and increasing the Movement Speed reduction dramatically.
Cost: 55 mana
Cooldown: 11 seconds
Magic Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+0.5 per ability power)
New Movement Speed Reduction: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 %
This move is my favorite and senjuani best move. At max level its a 70% slow which will pretty much get you a kill when you gank, that's why i max it first. Usually when they are slowed by this, they give up!

Glacial Prison (Ultimate) - Sejuani throws her weapon, stunning the first enemy champion hit. Nearby enemies are stunned for a shorter duration. All targets take magic damage and are affected by Frost.
Cost: 100 mana
Range: 1150
Cooldown: 150 / 130 / 110 seconds
Magic Damage: 150 / 250 / 350 (+0.8 per ability power)
This is my favorite ultimate in the game! It look's sweet and it's an AoE stun! The person hit will be stun the longest and the surrounding champions for a shorter time!


For Gank: Arctic Assault> Northern Winds> Basic attack > Permafrost

I grab Greater Mark of Attack Speed Because and extra 15% attack speed will help you out alot in the jungle!

For Seals i take Greater Seal of Armor. An extra 12 Armor will help in the jungle and against enemy champions!

I take Greater Glyph of Magic Resist because you are a tank and less damage is a good thing.

Now there are 2 options for Quint's. Either Greater Quintessence of Armor or Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed. The armor would help a lot, but movement speed would help you get around and jungle faster.

Creeping / Jungling/item's

Before you head into the jungle, make sure you grab These Two Items.
Regrowth Pendant Health Potion
First thing your going to want to do is have someone leash you blue, But before you kill blue have your friend help kill wolves but dont let him kill any, then leash blue. Smite it and kill it.

Next thing you want to do is head over to wraiths and kill them, Then run to the golems and kill them, smiting the big one. You'll end up low so go back to the fountain.

When your heading back in attack the elder lizard to grab red buff, and make sure to be looking for ganks at all time. You can also pop into lanes sometimes to kill a few minions and help push. After clearing the jungle and getting around 1500 gold, head back and grab.

Boots Philosopher's stone

Now start the jungle rotation all over again until you hit level 6, thats when you can gank anyone low health or not, just remember to land a basic attack and Permafrost too slow them down, you could use your ult too.

The next items you want to get are
Mercury's Treads Kindlegem

After you got those two, stick with your team, this is time where jungling isnt very important anymore, accept for the buffs. you can still kill the neutrals if you would like too. As soon as you have enough Gold Head back.

Warden's Mail Heart of Gold

Go back in and you should be a little tank enough to take some damage and initiate for your team. Remember to slow all champions that you can, and only pop Permafrost when you basic attacked as many people as you can.

Randuin's Omen Negatron Cloak

Keep pushing and attacking as many people as you can, remember you can throw Glacial Prison Through walls and over minions.

Regrowth Pendantx2

Remember to grab buff's and dragon as best as you can, and if your nice you can leave blue buff's to your AP champs.

Force As Nature

Now You should be super tanky, and have Magic Resist. Remember you don't need to go back home for health since you have tons of HP regen. And with force of nature you can run a little faster.

Giants Belt Chain Vest

Now your almost complete. You Probably finished the game by now, but if you haven't keep on pushing. stay with your team.

Atma's Impaler Or Warmog's Armor

Team Fights

Your job in team fights is to initate and take the damage, when you have completed the item build you should be almost unstoppable.
