Extreme all in potential and scales as well as you. My usual ban as she can ruin your game with early jumps.

You have no MR/health so bombs might just straight up kill you. Also can make you useless for couple seconds and chase you down.
Draven
You cannot 1v1 a good Draven, however if you kite him he might lose his axes and dmg.
Viego
Can chase you down thanks to camuflage and kill you quickly. Dont split push with him in the game.
Kayn
Do not split push when he is in the game! He can dodge your W easily.
Master Yi
Can dodge your W and kill you in 1 sec.
Ashe
She doesnt have a range advantage, herself is not a danger but if you overstep she'll take advantage.
Blitzcrank
Predictable champ but no enemy ADC likes him for a reason.
Ekko
Can dive you and R away.

Vayne
Unless very skilled you can poke her down early without worry.
Caitlyn
Dont get poked down early and sustain though heals/teleport, she wont get kills and you'll outscale her.
Ezreal
One of the matchups for Ezreal where he might be confident enough to push agressively, beware of his mobility and range.
Brand
Really annoying and it can be hard to predict his stun. If you can keep him from getting fed it is manageable.
Lux
You have good enough range to avoid her Q's but she will help her ADC push you might have some trouble early.
Leona
For the most part you can avoid her early game pressure thanks to range.
Braum
Shield and stuns can be annoying and mislead you to go into a losing fight.
Morgana
Same as Lux, for the most part you can avoid her Q's but she will push.
Seraphine
Strong poke that goes through minions.
Aphelios
No experience here, probably depends on the Aphelios skill.
Janna
She will probably be scared of your W and not poke that much. However she can boost enemy ADC hard.
Pyke
Ward bushes, play safe and he will not snowball.
Sivir
Annoying poke and showing power, and spellshield, and MS... really difficult. Watch her CDs for a good time to poke. Fortunately not often played well.
Pantheon
Strong early, can block your dmg long enough for ADC to kill you. You might end up wasting 2 windups and thats all thats needed for your death. Also he can jump on you with R later in the game.
Zilean
Obnoxious Q's, can force you out a lot.
Miss Fortune
You have a range advantage and if she shoves she might ran out of mana and be an easy kill. You can 1v1 her most of the time.
Varus
Meh champion, you can 1v1 him in most cases. No escape and sustain either.
Nami
She can turn around fight quite a bit with Q/W/R so focus her. Veery squishy though.
Quinn
Do not splitpush with him in the game, unless he's the same level as you or below. After his burst you might get to run away if you slow/stun him.
Xayah
She has an annoying amount of control over the lane, but can be punished heavy for overstepping and lose most duels.
Yuumi
Typically means free pokes/souls. You might not kill the ADC whole lane phase but they will have little pressure. Beware in the late game when shes on the carry though.
Corki
He can suicide kill you but thats about it.
Jinx
Immobile, mostly like you but with more AS and no heal. Easy to all-in.
Samira
Large threat cause she can jump on you in unexpeted ways and then murder you when you're cc-chained.
Kai'Sa
With engage support 4, without 2.
Jhin
Will have plenty of pressure early and good in teamfights as well, but if you catch him reloading he's a goner.
Kalista
Can poke from long range and out-kite you with dashes, depends or her skill but can be difficult.
Alistar
Probably the best choice when against agressive enemies.
Sett
Can take a lot of poke for you early and help you scale. You can buy sup item and let him farm if not against an agressive lane.
Ivern
Great utility overall, can even provide a semitank for teamfights.
Blitzcrank
Will scare your enemies enough to help you scale.
Skarner
Great CC to help you catch up and chase down people.

The current meta is to build Senna just like other ADC's and stack attack speed. This doesn't play to Senna strengths! With this build you will be a slow shooting cannon but your AA-Q-AA will halve enemies health!
Early game
We start with long sword, so we have a disadvantage at the duels. Thats ok, since our counter attack from tower is really strong. If enemies get cocky and attack the tower W the minion and root them instantly. If you W them directly and they run away it will still be enough for a good trade.
Once you get sheen, try to get an AA after Q. W-AA-Q-AA will be strong enough to kill the ADC, as long as you are healthy enough at the start and get some help from support. If they have a high damage support its ok to give up on the second auto, so the trade balance doesnt go wrong for your side in the end. If you clip the auto to attack the support, it usually won't end well.
Key is to stay at 1 death max in this stage, past 20 minutes you should be more valuable to your team than the enemy ADC even if you are at 1 kill disadvantage. We play for the long game!
Mid-Late game
As usual, fight for objectives, if its low elo a lot of the game will be in mid where you can do solid poke from the back line, stack souls, and hopefully catch some people under tower with W. Try to help with the dragons cause they give you 2 souls. It's usually ok to take some jg or even follow the jg around cause monsters drop more souls than minions.
Use teleport to get an item advantage prior to big fights. Don't over step with destination cause if you get CC'd you will die. Help your melees catch up to the enemies with W/glacial. With your Q they can tower dive more safely.
Keep an eye out for close duels and decide them with R.
