Shaco is a easy first blood champ, especially if their team has an opposing jungle. He excels in early game ganks/combat.

Runes

For Runes you want to have x9 Attack damage Mark, x9 Armor Seals, x9 MagResist Glyph, and either x3 lifesteal quints or x3 AD quints.

Unique Skills

As shaco if their jungle is very mana hungry early game, go to their red, place 2 boxes down at 1:00 exactly and use smite on red. after the second box is down, at 1:45 place a box in the bush leading to mid lane second turret. keep placing boxes until their jungler comes in the bush and you can almost guarantee a first blood if you ignite him.
