Introduction

hello i am shado, this is my support guide and i hope you learn something from this because i have had fun making this guide (even tho it's an absolute pain to type so much) to teach you how to play

Skill Sequence

now that's just my standard way i skill sequence

this one isn't that great but sometimes you need a tad of damage to start off with to add pressure but usually it's your taunt that adds pressure to the enemies

Pros / Cons

Pros

+great engage
+awesome in team fights
+cross map save ult

Cons

-ultimate has long cooldown
-E has a fairly long cooldown so if you miss you got a long time to wait
-not the greatest outplays

Runes

this rune, the most perfect rune to any Shen out there, doesn't matter what lane i am in when i take aftershock i deal so much damage and feel invincible just because the rune helps you deal so much damage so quickly so even without damaging items you will still be a force to be reckon'd with.

now you can choose Bone Plating either but demolish is a good way to apply lane pressure just because you will help destroy towers quicker and the sooner there are no the tower the sooner your lane pressure sky rockets.

again you can either choose this one or Conditioning but i enjoy the fact of starting with 50 extra health which has saved me on multiple occasions then at 4 takedowns a bit of extra damage to help with lane pressure

now come on we know what this is used for, what a tank without some health, why not permanent never ending max health? you wont need many health items with this rune, it doesn't give a lot but in the long run it can really help

this rune will always help, it doesn't seem like it does a lot but with your cooldowns on all your abilities it really does help

this rune will always be helpful as well since when you fall off a bit you still keep the gold a bit to buy more items but you shouldn't fall off with your builds if you do it appropriately and accordingly to your enemies if not then you are already fallen off
