Introduction

My name is WobblyJenga, I've been playing League of Legends for almost a year now. Shyvana was one of the first champs that I played, although I didn't know how to play at first Shyvana was still a very fun champion to play. Early on I played Shyvana almost every game and I quickly learned her extensively. When I was new to the game I had no idea what items to get and when to get them, so I'm hoping this guide will help new and existing Summoners alike. This guide is intended for The Twisted Treeline(3v3) but could also work in Summoners Rift. Thank you for viewing my guide. Friend requests will be accepted if you want to play! :D

Items

Starting Items
For starting items I would always take Boots of Speed first off. You can either take a Doran's Blade and a Health Pot, or you can take a Longsword and 4 Health Pots. I like taking a Longsword and 4 health pots. Personally I think it gives you more sustain during the early game, and you can harass more with the extra Health Pots over your opponent.

First Item
Your first item should either be Ravenous Hydra or Blade of the Ruined King. This all depends on who you're in lane against. If your opponent isn't very tanky early on, pick up Hydra. If your opponent has more health early on, grab Blade. As your last item I would pick either Blade or Hydra. So if you got Blade get Hydra, and vise versa.

Armor Items
I would pick up Armor first if there are 2 AD enemy champions, if not go for some Magic Resist first. But your Armor picks would be Sunfire Cape or Randuin's Omen. If your team has little to no CC, pick up Randuin's for the slow Active. Alternatively grab Sunfire Cape as your Armor item, it works really well with your W for massive AoE damage.

Magic Resist Items
For your Magic Resist Items you could either get Spirit Visage or Maw of Malmortus. *Only get Maw of Malmortus if you got a few early kills, if not then go for Spirit Visage.* However, I would almost always pick Spirit Visage over Maw for the passive(20% increase in healing, regeneration and drain effects on yourself). The Spirit Visage will work really well with your Hydra and Blade.

Boot Choices
If the enemy team is heavy on AD I would pick up Ninja Tabi. If they have strong CC get Mercury's Treads. If they have little to no CC and aren't very strong AD I would grab Ionian Boots of Lucidity. My favorable boot choice would be Boots of Lucidity for the CDR.
