Riven is a jack of all trades type of champ. She is great at everything. She also keeps the enemies on their toes with all of the combos and unexpected damage and CC that comes along with her. Also she kinda hot kek.

Pros and Cons

-High skill ceiling -Good outplay potential -Flashy -Jack of all trades -Good CC -Hot skins

-Hard to learn -Snowball reliant -People hate you now -I am mashing buttons at this point. I deserve to be iron 4

Mythics:

Goredrinker Despite the Goredrinker nerfs, its still the main mythic for Riven. IMO this mythic is boring since there isn't many other options.

Duskblade of Draktharr is a meme item. Why do I prefer it over prowlers claw? Its mainly because of the CDR it gives each legendary. You're sacrificing CDR when going lethality. Duskblade got you covered.

Trinity Force isn't that bad on Riven, but it lacks sustain that Goredrinker gives. She can utilize the sheen passive and it gives her CDR, AD, and health. The attack speed isn't needed but it's still a plus

Legendaries

The buff on Death's Dance's passive made it one of if not the best bruiser item as of right now (**** you Hullbreaker). Build this after gore and plated steelcaps and any AD characters will do negative damage to you

The updated passive on maw made it a budget old immortal shieldbow. Build it because the healing is full of **** and op

Black Cleaver hasn't been treated well this patch. Although its a solid item on riven, its no longer the go to option right after your mythic.

For some reason riot only nerfed the ranged aspect of Hullbreaker's passive. If you want to be a meta***** then rush this item first to make the enemy laner hate himself then go wild with this item.

This item is so good for snowballing. The CDR change to it makes it an infinetly better item. The lethality gives you an extra oomph for killing carries. Its viable to go this before gore.

Since Goredrinker nerfs are going to hit soon, Riven's sustain is gonna get hit. Rav hydra is going to be viable on riven again. it gives CDR, AD, and sustain. I always liked this item and I'm happy its returning

Sterak's Gage is another good bruiser item with Riven. It gives the aditional needed stats that riven loves. The passive also gives Riven that sustain and outplay potential.

This is a budget Youmuu's Ghostblade. I do like to go this sometimes for fun and memes but it usually doesnt end well afterwards

This is an odd choice I'll admit, but so far its pretty good on my end. Spirit Visage combos really well with Valor, Goredrinker, Ravenous Hydra, Conqueror, and so many other things. Its really good into a fed AP carry

Level one cheese is a strat I like to do in order to catch the enemy off guard and to kill them. It works really well into immobile scalers like Nasus, Kayle, and Ryze.

You want to go Long sword Three pot and ignite in order to get maximum damage level 1.

Your passive damage, ignite, and third Q cc should be enough to kill them or make them flash
