Spells

I prefer to max 'W' first, because it makes tons of dmg + with it much easier to farm and skale or HP by 'E'. I can explain, when your 'E' is turned on and you`ll kill pack of crips it`ll gave you extra hp, you don`t need to kill them by autoattacks stack.

Items

If you`ll read the description of each item + you`ll read Sion`s skills you may understand why i choose these.

Runes

Quints - I choose these, becaue Sion is melee mage, he need ARMOR & MAGIC penetration. At the begining of the game it will be the best.
Marks - Even don`t know...why we are using ap runes.....hmmm.Oh no, wait: Sшщт has ap skills.
Glyphs - I choose these, because it`ll make very very strong against ap carry. Big " + " that sion has his own MR/per lvl. With it we`ll have strong deffence.
Seals - Well, it`s simple. In 99.9% we`ll meet ad champions (strong or not it doesn`t matter, but it`s AD) + we are jungling. Protection are not redundant.

Summary

Summoner`s spels:
Ghost - for example, you are standing in the bushes and waiting for a good moment. Activate your 'W', turn on your 'Ghost' and run to kill. It`s very hard to ru8n away from Sion`s ganks.
Sion is a very powerful champion, especially in ap build. Do not underestimate the Sion. Hi`s 'W' can absorn above 1k dmg.
