Runes always changeable to electrocute depends how you will play if you wanna win till mid game go for electroqute grasp is the best scaling to lategame on sion and it also changes on the matchups you get if you play vs ranged electroqute can be better than grasp if you get grasp enemy fights for example to play against shen choose defently grasp.

Ghost and chemtank + sions R are pretty strong and well enough for us for engange and disengange. Sudden impact Works with our AP into AD scaling with Demonic Embrace as early power spike into Titanic scaling and gives us enough tankyness and early spike power Into mid and endgame fase. ALways ghost that we can use more often sudden impact. Because we start in most matchups with E > Q > W as skillshot roaming we realy dont need phase rush on sion couse we are very strong with R Ghost and chemtank as engage escape and disengage to roam with. So i think phase rush tree is pretty useless we have a good movement and Tankyness.

Irelia and Vayne are the 2 hardest counters i would say so take care if you meet them. All other Enemys are kinda fine for you.
