Can't get extra gold if you're zoned from every single minion.

edit: wtf you just copied the build from solomid -__-

it's just kinda awful to see, that you uploaded almost the same thing to another platform.. laziness much

nope that's were i found the cookie cutter build which i am also about to change. I've seen many asian guys do this on twitch but I never really understood that the point is abusing the passive. I formed my own build that didn't work that well (was putting so much attackspeed that wasn't needed) and then with more research on the relative theorycrafting for this concept i found that guide. Anyways I will probably change it since botrk seems to work better as a part of core.

thank you tehasian you really got into my head about how I build GP. Yeah I know Q gives extra gold. That's why I take a point in it at level 1 so that I can cs as much as possible. Maxing W is op as tehasian explained for me too.

did you just take the build off solomid.net and wrote some additional stuff?

W max is best. Mana cost doesn't go up with rank, and you out sustain enemy champions so hard. Most of GP's trading is through his passive, so all he really does is AA Q AA and he's done. If anything, Q is more mana consuming since the mana cost goes up.

Wit's is good because your passive is op.

For a start, Q max is much better than W max. Maxing W first doesn't provide that much less CD nor that much more heal. On the other hand, it is EXTREMELY mana consuming. Q max will increase your income and your damage output.

Wit's End is a questionable item. It only provides an extra 42 magic damage and increases AS, a stat which isn't really all that effective on GP. Iceborn Gauntlet is also probably a better choice than Frozen Mallet or Wit's End.

^ He's not that good because he was nerfed too much imho.

Since the nerfs, Raise Morale is pretty useless, it won't save you from a gank anymore and you'll probably only use it for all-ins and that's generally not a good idea early game if you can just poke them to death.

Remove Scurvy isn't something I think you should use to heal up, because then it's like saying "Hey, I'm a free kill now, come on with that stun!". So the only real bonus for maxing it is that one seconds less cd per level. Not really stunning I believe. Well that's the point of it of course, but I hope you get the idea.

Maxing Parrrley gives extra damage and more importantly more gold on a kill, which is more sustain and damage. Only downside is the mana cost increase.

So I'd definitely max Parrrley first, if team fights start to occur, Raise Morale would get more useful. It also increases your burst for split-pushing and backdooring. On top off that, that bit of more ms gives you an even bigger global presence.

Remove Scurvy never gets spammable or significantly more useful when maxing it, so I'd max it last.

About Wit's End, I'm not sure but I believe the stacks have a duration of 5 seconds, so without cdr there will be no stacking using only Parrrley. That said, to effectively make use of this item you have to get into the faces of your enemy, which I don't really feel like during the laning phase. That makes the extra as also pretty much wasted early game.

If you really feel like abusing the passive, what about Spirit of the Elder Lizard? It makes him an amazing farmer too, which is always nice for a greedy pirate.

But honestly I feel like this is more like trying to make gp decent again instead of abusing his awesomeness, which he lacks right now in my opinion.

Gangplank isn't good at level30 overall, it's easy to counter <3

Well as far as the masteries are concerned it is personal preference. I can't understand what is wrong with the runes and I don't really have a prob with maxing Q last I may as well max it second. testing stuff never stops ^^ As far as your item suggestions are concerned well if you read the guide well you'll see that only 3 items are core the rest 3 are situational.

I just read terrible items. Oh so what only critplank is good cause he deals dmg with his super fancy items? When you reach level 30 you'll see that there are other champions to deal damage for the team. I don't play him that way to carry games I play him that way to win my lane, troll my enemies with something original, and tank for my team.

you call this on-hit GP but nothing to do with Sheen or Ravenous Hydra....

defensive masteries with on-hit GP, terrible items, runes could be better and maxing Q last.... were you actualy thinkin this is good?
