Hello, I'm MKN, I want to say that my english it's not so good... Sorry :3 I play in LAS server, today yoy gonna see my build for the new Soraka of the Patch 4.17...Now Soraka have more speed when moving towards low health allies, Equinox now enemies are rooted when the ability ends, Astral Infusion have less CD and Starcall heals Soraka.

We are going 5/4/21 for CDR, Health Regeneration and the classic 21 utility page focusing on Movement Speed and Mana Regeneration
Runes

- Greater Quintessence of Ability Power: More AP, MORE HEALS.
- Greater Mark of Armor: As a support, in lane we need more armor than the seals.
- Greater Seal of Armor: 4 Seals of armor, adding the marks, it's perfect for laning.
- Greater Seal of Scaling Health: 5 Seals of S. Health will give us 6.66 health per level, giving us 120 HP at lvl 18.
- Greater Glyph of Magic Resist: I choose 6 glyphs of magic resist for more survibality in the game.
- Greater Glyph of Mana Regeneration: We must have more mana regen for more HEALS.
