Elise
Very powerful in this Meta. Extremely powerful with high damage and CC. She is earlygame, so simply don't let her get many kills and you can outscale her hard with your powerful items.

Champion Build Guide
The Rundown
Welcome to this Udyr Guide! I'm Mitsurii, a Jack-Of-All-Trades who like to perfect off-meta and on-meta item builds to make guides that let people of low elo carry their games. This guide is a solo-carry Udyr Guide that lets you use your passive move speed and cc to get into fights quickly and get out. Your main goal in this build is to boost your lanes and take assists and tower gold. You want to get as much gold as possible to be able to fight anyone in the late game.
General Idea of Abilities
Passive - This is what will get you out of most fights.
Q - This is what will boost your attack speed to let you get the most damage possible.
W - This is what will give you a shield to let you tank shots in scary situations.
E - This is what will give you the move speed to enter a fight and even exit the fight.
R - This is what will give you the Magic damage burst to drop your enemies quickly.

Early-Game
Try to farm up in the early-game and see if you can get any sneaky ganks on open lanes. If any enemies are overextended, they're practically asking to get a high-five from your E (Bear Stance). Make sure to farm hard and try and get vision on Objectives.
Mid-Game
The way to play Mid-game is to keep on farming and keep on looking for the perfect moment to gank a lane. At this point your focus should start to revolve around the objectives on the map. Try and track your enemy Jungler and take the objectives they aren't. If they don't have a good contest ability, feel free to try and take it using your smite and stances. Your abilities should let you get out fine as long as you aren't CC'ed.
Late-Game
At this point you should have hit the highest point in your gameplay. Play your cards right and you can become nigh-immortal. Try to make picks and be the big engage of your team by using your stances. Your goal now is to become a tank and engage at the same time. Check out the Itemization section to see how you should build to achieve this.
Itemization and Strategy
To explain this, you can look at it as a type of flow-chart
IF THEY HAVE:
Lifesteal or Healing - Build Grievous Wounds
Large Health Pools - Build Attack Damage and Attack Speed
Large Defensive Stats - Build Lethality
Alot of Mobility - Build Items that Slow [Like Serylda's Grudge] as well as Boots and other movement items
Lots of Attack Damage - Build Armor
Lots of Magic Damage - Build Magic Resist
Lots of Crits - Build AntiCrits [Such as Randuin's Omen] and Armor
Lots of Attack Speed - Build Attack-slowing items [Like Frozen Heart] and Armor
What to build when you don't know?
Usually just to keep it safe, you're going to want to build some tanky stats so you can engage the fights for your team. Just look at their damage types. On the rare occasion that their whole team does mixed damage [i.e. Jax, Katarina, Akali, etc.] Just build both types of defense and try to simply catch them with a stun.
