Champion Build Guide
Why J4 support?
Jarvan support is a interesting and different way to play the support role. The constant aery jumping back and forth between you and your adc is very satisfying. The ability to build just about anything the team needs and remain relevant is huge. You can provide either tankiness, engage, utility or damage for your team as needed.
Runes
For the average game I go aery. This will give poke and utility with your E. If you stand close to your laning partner and cast E close by the aery will jump back and forth between you and your partner up to 4 times. If you cast E to poke and enemy but with your laning partner in range, the aery with jump to the enemy and then to your partner and back back twice typically.
If I am playing a very tough lane or against a tank I consider going aftershock and building tank myself. This will provide peels and engage for your team when getting ahead in lane is not possible.
