Hi all, I'm gold player from eune ill try guide you how you can play Teemo top lane.
In this guide ill show you some annoying builds runes and ill try cover everything.

Pros:
-You do high damage probably you do most damage in team.
-If you get fed enemy will tilt really fast.
-You can't get gank from enemy jungle after level 6.(you can but hard)
-Mid-Late game you can control jungle with Noxious Trap.

Cons:
-If you don't get fed team will flame you.
-Any champ who don't use basic primary is strong vs you.
-If you wanna control jungle you will spend so much mana
-Even if you get fed you will be flame by enemy team

-Ill tell you hire what you can build for Teemo and why that items are good.
-As your first item you should build Nashor's Tooth. Nashor's Tooth will provide you attack speed (50%) and more damage for basic attacks basic attacks deal 15+(15% ability power) as bonus damage, and as bonus it will provide you +20% cooldown reduction and +80 ability power. This item is good because its do boost on your Toxic Shot
-As second finish the boots there you have choice, take Ninja Tabi, Sorcerer's Shoes, Mercury's Treads or Ionian Boots of Lucidity its depends what you need at moment.
-As your third item take Spellbinder. It's really cool new item from last patch,
its give you +100 ability power,+10% movement speed and give you really cool active, its boost your movement speed by max 30% and +100 ability power for 4 sec BASED ON CHARGES SPENT.You get charges from enemy and ally spells spent near you. Spellbinder is good on Teemo for multiple reasons, can stack it with your Move Quick its stack very easy on team fights and if you take Runaan's Hurricane 3 of enemy will disappear.
-Now depends what you need on team for usual game you can take Rabadon's Deathcap or Luden's Tempest (take them both). But if its not really usual game and you wanna be tank even a little you can simple take Frozen Mallet and then as fifth Runaan's Hurricane. Frozen Mallet will slow enemy you hit by 20% and Runaan's Hurricane will make triple attack combine that 2 with Spellbinder and your team fights will be easy.
-Sixth item is really item of choice, but my choice is Void Staff or Morellonomicon they are now best choice for last item because of Magic penetration its make you tank killer and enemy will be really tilted.

Ranked

- Playing Teemo on Ranked games isn't always worth. Picking Teemo have some
conditions to be worth pick.

-Should have already tank in team.
-Should have at least 2 champs with good cc.
-Jungle or Support need engage because Top(you) can't.
-You should know to farm an kite good.
-Be smart with your ban,my advice don't let yourself play vs

Maokai or Pantheon
-U must do Noxious Trap smart don't ever place one next to other don't forget Noxious Trap isn't stack damage so place it smart don't waste your time to place it at
same place.

-If you will play ranked game with Teemo

DON'T DO IT FIRST TIME DO SOME GAMES BEFORE YOU ENTER SOLO Q WITH Teemo

-Why you should play Teemo and whats your job: Don't forget you probably wont win solo so what's your job your job is to secure your team VICTORY if you kill your lane enemy go to mid roam help your teammate in mid-late game secure whole jungle not just one single place, Noxious Trap is very useful use it cover jungle take enemy through the Noxious Trap earn some points for your team.
-Objectives are important so don't chase kills as most Teemo push Turret ,help Herald help Dragon , let some kills don't take all for your self.

Hire is some tips for poke

-When you want poke enemy do it while he hitting farm, all champs need do animation when farm use it to poke when he can't hit you back like that you will win trades.
-Also combo for good poke is Toxic Shot Blinding Dart Toxic Shot like that you will cancel your animation of basic with Blinding Dart and repeat basic don't use Blinding Dart first.

-What you really need to do with your Noxious Trap is think how you should place them and whereRed dots: Mushroom locations if you are a pushing Teemo on the red side
Blue dots: Mushroom locations if you a pushing Teemo on the blue side
Purple dots: Mushroom locations which you should keep with vision at all times
Orange dots: Mushroom locations for both pushing and csing teemo (lane phase)
Yellow dots: Mushroom locations for a csing Teemo
This is just the example no need for copy this, but this is good placing.

-Early game: If you didn't get Pantheon or Maokai you can play aggressive use poke, use Blinding Dart for deny enemy farm but important thing is to use wards ward and watch out for gank every 5 sec. Buy control ward for warding your side of map and use trinket to ward enemy bush don't let enemy jungle gank you.
-Tip: if you want your jungle gank you let him know and stop push your lane don't let your jungle wait in bush for enemy push your lane then he will lose xp. Also if you play with Teleport if you go back and your minions is on enemy tower don't waste Teleport walk you can save teleport for gank bot mid or 1 free back.
-Mid game: In mid game you are already strong you can split push ward around,in mid game enemy will probably need some help so expect ganks from another lane or jungle,u start put
Noxious Trap in whole jungle that also can save you from ganks.
-Tip: As i said you can easy split push your lane but if your teammates losing its could be smart to gank them and push their lane like that you will keep your team strong and you will still do objectives.
-Late game: This is part of game when you need feel in jungle like in home. Your job hire is to kill ad carry and do Noxious Trap, if you have someone to engage that is nice but if not you need do that, bait them in jungle if you can so they can step on Noxious Trap kill ad carry and if you can do some damage to other enemy's if you can't if you are low with health try get out kite do what you can and never go solo go with your team communicate with them do team play.
