First guide for me! Hope you like it community. This is my build guide for Zed, when he is going middle lane. Will add more in the future! This is just what I build him like, you can take parts of it or all of it, heck none of it. You can build him how you like. Have fun using one of the funnest champions in the game!

These runes give you basic early game durability and AD. I find them really helpful, you can choose what you would like though. Like instead of AD Marks you could take some Armor Penetration ones.
Have fun making awesome combo's with the runes!

These runes help you with not dying so much against those ranged AP's at the beginning.
The AD is amazing early game for early kills!

These items focus on a lot of Attack Damage, and Magic Resist which is a good thing to have when late game comes. You also get some crits which are always nice, xD Then we have boots, and the upgrade. Your choice on that!

Maxing Q first is like a MUST to keep up farming early middle lane. And it is a great harass. We then want to max your W which helps when you engage and adds faster farming minion waves.
I max E last because the % of AD isn't that much, and your other skills are much better than this one. And of course you max your ultimate whenever it is available.
Personal opinion

Ignite and Flash:
Great for escaping and ignite is great for that little amount of health they ALWAYS seem to have :P
Ignite also works well with your ultimate with adding extra damage.

Farming is really easy with Zed!
His ultimate really helps him farm SUPER fast! Take advantage of this amazing ultimate to last hit minions! His W and Q really help with this also!

Pros:
Has energy
Great farming
Nice burst
Ability to escape
Great harasser

Cons:
Runs out of energy really fast
Squishy at the start
Get focused
HARD to master
W has a long cooldown

If you are losing the game, I would suggest playing more passive which is outfarming to get those better items.

Also consider items that give: Armor, Health, or Health Regen.

Also consider having everyone on your team buy wards so you won't get ganked as much/Being able to gank them when an enemy goes out alone in the jungle.

Zed focuses the ADC, or APC then escapes. Once his W is back up he jumps back into the team fight and starts racking up those kills!
I mean Zed is an assassin after all.
