Introduction

Hey, the name is LasrHuntr, and this is my first guide. I may not seem like I am a pro, and I'm not. But I am making this guide anyways. Anyways, I am making a irregular build guide on Sona for she is a strong yet frail support. Well she was a frail support. You will see why.

Items

If you looked at the final item example, I am sure you are thinking along the lines of "WTF". But this build helps Sona become strong while giving her extra CC, Health, Mana, Armor, MR, and Tenacity. Not to mention AP. So this gives Sona strength while enabling her to take hits. Although I would recommend against it, you could replace Mercury Treads with what you see fit. An example would be if the opposing team comp is fully AD. Then you should take Ninja Tabi instead of Mercury Treads in this scenario.

Skill Sequence

Nothing really special about the Skill Sequence. The reason why I would max W first is that the amount of healing done is a lot, especially during early-mid game. The bonus Armor and MR help too. Maxing Q afterwards is necessary because it not only powers you up, it also powers your ADC as well. E is last because you get a good % speed boost when you activate the ability at Level 1.

Runes

You can always swap out the AP quints for Speed or Gold Quints. It really depends on your taste. You can also mix up between these 3 Quints. It's your call.
