Always max (Q)Paddle star first followed by (E)Sleepy trouble bubble then (R)Portal jump lastly (W)Spell thief.Max Paddle star first its great on wave clear and its ZOE'S primary source of damage then second one is the Sleepy trouble bubble ZOE's long ranged CC After an enemy is hit by the bubble the enemy is slowed then after 2 seconds the enemy will fall asleep and any auto attacks or spells hit the enemy it will break the sleep but the enemy will receive true damage.The third skill that you have max is ZOE's ult the Portal jump.It is essential for ZOE's combos you can use portal jump for maximizing the paddle stars range for maximum damage or ult on the other side of the wall the throw your bubble for longer range
