Don't let her jump on you. Try to go for the ADC if you and your lane partner can get to them.

Max your The Box above all because it gives nice utility and base damage. It's useful for when the enemy initiates onto you or you need to prevent the enemy from escaping.
Max your Flay second because the AD ratio on hit that charges up increases when you level it. At max level it does 200% of your AD as magic damage, so coupled with Rapid Firecannon you have a lot of "one shotting" potential. This is why sorcerer's boots are the best choice as well.
Max your Death Sentence after that so you can try to get picks. You can go in if the enemy is by themselves and you are sure you can kill them, but normally the Death Sentence is used to set up for your teammates to chain CC the enemy or just kill them outright. For the most part, you will not need to reactivated the Death Sentence and go in because you are very squishy and if you go into their team you will die.
Finally max your Dark Passage for the utility and for more chances at pulling off the fadeaway if you are partnered with a .

Before Minions: Leash, invade, ward up, do whatever you want.
Laning Phase 1: Let the get the first two melee minions with his relic shield. Then proceed to farm normally. Harass with your autoattack if the Flay passive is charged up. Don't get into any fights at level one. If Blitz pulls them just auto them a few times and leave it at that. Let them push as much as possible.
Laning Phase 2: Let them push under your tower and try to Death Sentence them under the tower. This is the perfect time to practice the fadeaway pull. If they are giving you a lot of trouble because of harass, ask for a gank from your jungler. Just farm for the Rapid Firecannon.
Laning Phase 3: Once you get the Rapid Firecannon, Walk up to the enemy ADC, autoattack them, walk away. Rinse and repeat while farming. Try as hard as you can to get kills. If pulls them and knocks them up, it should be very hard for them to avoid your hook. Once you get the Rapid Firecannon, you can farm and push all you like because there is no longer any need to stay under tower.
Laning Phase 4: If you get fed, go full aggro and just try to get kills. Autoattack them whenever your Flay passive and the Rapid Firecannon passive are up. Go HAM if you have any opportunity to kill them. When they are dead, take the tower with your support.
After Laning: Run up to their carries, autoattack them, and kill them or just run away. Run away from the tanks. That's about it.
