The city-state of Zaun is a twisted realm of science, mercantilism, and magic run amok. While the young science of techmaturgy does much to advance civilization, its research and use in Zaun pushes the boundaries of morality on a daily basis. Zaun, choked with pollution from the countless factories and laboratories that spew waste into the environment, suffers greatly. As polluted as Zaun is above-ground, its subterranean levels are far worse. All of Zaun's runoff waste pooled together in its sewers, mixing into a toxic and mysterious concoction. A single plague rat rose from this alchemical nightmare - Twitch. Unlike his lesser evolved cousins, Twitch became as sentient as anyone else... provided they were as insane as he. A seeming byproduct of the evolutionary brew that spawned him was maniacal insanity, albeit in a functional form.

Twitch came to the League of Legends to represent himself ''as the only one of his kind'' on the Fields of Justice. Since then, he has found a generous benefactor in the city that gave him his evolutionary sentience - Zaun. Twitch is one of Zaun's premier champions in the League, and as such he fights for Zaun when political disputes between Valoran's city-states arise. Twitch has publically stated that his goal is to gain enough influence and materiel from his work in the League to try to recreate the process by which he gained his sentience. While many challenges lie ahead in his quest - one of the largest being his own insanity - were he to succeed, it would mean a bold and brazen step forward in the evolution of all of Runeterra. Zaun has pledged its support for Twitch in his quest, though it remains to be seen what Zaun's ulterior motives are in the matter.

Pros

Can kill opposing champions with ease.

Cons

Very squishy.
Usually targeted first in team fights.
Wards and oracle can prevent you from ganking.

Useful for helping get distance between you and your enemy in an instant. Whether its going on the other side of a wall or just getting distance so you can go invisible it is always helpful.

Flash can also be used to chase down champions if you need to gain a little distance between you to land a last hit.

You can use exhaust to slow a target that's running away giving me enough time to kill him. Or you can use it to stop the enemy from hitting you a little giving you enough health/time (because it also slows) to get away.

Greater Mark of DesolationGives ArP which helps against armored champions.

Gives increased critical strike chance.

Gives increased critical strike damage. Yes I know most of you think that this is a "waste" of ip. I will probably get voted down just because of this. I believe that this is better than an ArP. Most of you are assuming that with twitch you are like any other champion and stand there attacking constantly, but you are wrong. Twitch is meant to snake up on enemies and then pop out and do 1-5 attacks of damage quickly. Therefore it is better to have increased critical damage if you have critical chance increased (like i do).

Offense

23 Max out damage and penetration.

Defense

0 No defense masteries are needed.

Utility

7 Health/Mana regen and experience gain.

Passive - Each attack an enemy gains 1 stack that does damage depending on level, Stacks max at 6 and last for 8 seconds.
This skill deals small damage over time and supports other skills.

Q ability - After 1.25 seconds you become stealthed, the longer you wait to come out of stealth the faster your attack speed will be.
This skill lets you get in perfect place for easy kills and can aid you in escaping.

W ability - slows nearby enemy champions by 30% + bonus slow for how many stacks of Deadly Venom.
This skill slows escaping enemy champions which can let you catch them or keep yourself safe.

ExpungeE ability - Gets rid of all stacks of Deadly Venom and deals magic damage increased by level and number of stacks.
This skill is your main skill and high damage skill, it lets you kill champions more times than you could count.

R ability - Changes your attack to long range missiles that fire in a line and grant attack damage, missiles increase by level.
This skill is your ultimate, it lets you kill multiple champions at once from a far range.

-Get Ambush and Expunge as soon as you can due to them being most valuable.
-Get Spray and Pray as soon as their available(level 6, 11 and 16).
-Get Debilitating Poison(Level 8) due to it slows enemies from running away and can save allies when champions are chasing them.

Passive: When out of combat for 5 seconds the effect of these boots is increased to Enhanced Movement 5. UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2

Infinity Edge

+80 Attack Damage +20% Critical Strike UNIQUE Passive: Critical hits now deal 250% damage instead of 200%.
- Get this item due to attack damage, critical strike damage and chance.

Phantom Dancer

+45% Attack Speed +30% Critical Strike +20% Dodge Chance +15% Movement Speed.
- Get this item due to attack speed, critical strike, dodge chance, and movement speed.

The Bloodthirster

60 Attack Damage, 25 Life Steal. Passive: Gain an additional 1 Physical Damage and 0.25% Lifesteal per kill. Maximum of +40 Damage and 10% Lifesteal. Bonuses are lost upon death.
- Get this item due to great damage and lifesteal.

Madred's Bloodrazor

+60 Attack Damage +15% Lifesteal Passive: Gain an additional 1 Physical Damage and 0.25% Lifesteal per kill. Maximum of +40 Damage and 10% Lifesteal. Bonuses are lost upon death.
- Get this item due to attack damage and lifesteal.

Useful for ganking if you do not like Boots of Mobility.

Since twitch is easily killed this will help you stay alive.

Cleanses all debuffs.

Gives a lot of hp and slows your target.

Cheap early item that gives critical chance and gold.

Useful against healers such as Soraka and Vladamir.

Increases damage, health/mana regeneration. Attacks do splash damage.

Game has started, I buy 4 (when i have the gold). Then i work on getting . Next I buy and then . After that comes 2 with 2 following. Then I buy another Then I buy another and make . I Finally buy and make .

In order to get gold fast for twitch you could either use Avarice Blades in order to get gold or you can farm minions with Madred's Razor. Since we are already going to get Madred's Bloodrazor it makes since and is easier I.M.O. to use Madred's Razor over Avarice Blades.
I recommend above all to just last hit minions.
