With his W to slow you, his E to gap close, and his ultimate to keep him alive a little longer he has a lot of potential to make your game a nightmare, especially if he gets ahead on you.
Nasus
It doesn't matter how much you harass him out of lane, by the time you get towards the late game he will have his Q stacks and a leveled up W he can continuously throw on to you to keep you in his auto distance.
Garen
If you can get ahead then it can be a pretty easy matchup. But his Q to speed him up and silence you makes it hard to get away from his initial burst of damage. I recommend Ignite, as well as building around movement speed items to help with kiting. If you use your ult and stealth with Q and reposition yourself it greatly hinders Garen as he's constantly reshuffling to get to you.
Kled
I would say Kled is just hard of a matchup and Tryndamere or Nasus for Vayne because of his dash and Q to gap close on you, but if you can get ahead and dodged is abilities with Tumble then you make the matchup a lot easier.
Darius
Darius has the potential to destroy you in lane, but if you keep yourself as far away from him as possible and only poke him when he's going to cs or right after he uses his Q then you can bully Darius with no retaliation. When he goes to move in and pull you towards him Tumble away from him and get poke on him as he's turning around. Once you chunk him enough you can all in him with your ultimate and ignite for a very easy kill.
Riven
Riven vs Vayne is a matchup that I feel is in favor of whoever is better they are playing. Both have a lot of outplay potential against the other, so respect the Riven and make the most of the opportunities you are given without going too far.
Jax
Ahhhh, my favorite matchup for top lane. Why? Because Jax is absolutely defenseless when he can't even get him auto range of you. Wait for Jax to activate his E, that will be your warning sign to get ready to Condemn him away when he tries to jump on you. Once you do that and his E goes away with no success then you just chase him down and poke him as much as you can, constantly forcing him out of lane. If you do that you should always walk away winning lane and greatly ahead of the Jax, allowing you to snowball your team to victory.
Pantheon
Pantheon's poke with his Q in to his stun and AoE is a lot of burst damage, even more so when you can only return 1 auto even though you shot 2 because of his passive. You have to play safe and, again, pick your opportunities and make the most of them because it will be in favor of Pantheon to begin with.
Fiora
I am going with the same thing I said about Riven, it is entirely skill based in my opinion.
Mordekaiser
I have only had this matchup a handful of times. With those, I have found a little trouble in being able to kill Morde because of his shields he generates for himself, forcing me to eventually back off because I'm no longer winning the fight. Be respectful of a Morde and poke when you can.
Illaoi
Illaoi definitely has potential to burst you out of nowhere. But if you can kite around her abilities and take out her tentacles when you can then you greatly reduce her damage and will help you win trades and ulimately lane.
Renekton
With his E to dash in, stun, Q and dash right back out before you can do anything he has the chance to force you to back a lot in a game, but if you can keep him in check and not give him a kill or two early then you will eventually start to win trades against him and from there you control him.
