Aatrox is garbage early game, so just poke him down. He's very squishy as well. But he will out damage you late game.
Akali
Akali is very squishy, but that will fool you because she will hide in her shroud and heal up with her passive. Don't play too aggressive or she will kill you. Build MR early to stop her from snowballing you.
Camille
Camille is also squishy, and pretty easy to fight. Try to bait her in and then you can trade with her or even kill her. The shield is pretty annoying, and the constant W poke, but try to heal back her dmg with your Q.
Cho'Gath
Cho'gath can't kill you unless you mess up bad, and he has no mobility so you should be able to win this lane fairly easily.
Dr. Mundo
Mundo is annoying, but he can't kill you. This is basically just a farm lane.
Fiora
Fiora does true damage with her passive, and she can easily trade you and get away. A good Fiora will parry your ultimate, so make good use of your passive before using your ult. And if she wastes her parry, go in on her for a trade or all in.
Galio
Galio is a champion that profits off building MR, so you should be able to win this lane. He's a tank, so he can't really 1v1 you in lane.
Gangplank
Gangplank will poke you down with his Q, so you might want to start Dorans Shield against him. Just farm up because it's difficult to kill him with his movement speed from barrels and his oranges.
Garen
Garen is another tank, but he actually does damage. Just kite him with your Q and you should be able to trade with him easily. Watch out for his ult damage though, it will surprise you.
Gnar
Gnar is a very annoying lane to play against. This little **** will just poke you down constantly and you can't trade because he will just jump away. If you're looking to fight him, then wait for him to be in his Mega Gnar form. This is a lane where Fleet Footwork will come in handy.
Heimerdinger
Heimerdinger is annoying, but he can't kill you. Build early MR so you can farm in his Q range, and don't let him set up ganks with his stun. Also, don't try to fight him. You probably won't win unless his turrets aren't there. Just farm.
Illaoi
Illaoi is a pretty even matchup. If you're looking to kill her, then destroy tentacles and then fight her. She's got a lot of healing, but you do too.
Irelia
Irelia can easily melt your health bar with her true damage. Don't fight her unless you have greater health. She will stun you, but then you can pull her and use your combo to stack up Hemorrhage on her, and then all in from there.
Jax
Jax is an easy lane early game, but he can **** on you late. Poke him and kill him early to deny him as much farm and gold as possible, because he will just split push late game. Run next to him to bait out his counter strike, and then all in from there.
Jayce
Jayce is kind of like Gnar except that he is squishier. If you try to fight him, he can just knock you away. So catch him off guard in his ranged form and deal as much damage before he knocks you away, or if you time it correctly, you can pull him in as he knocks you away.
Kayle
Kayle is very annoying because if you try to fight her, she will ult when you do and you can't do much. She also kites, so just try to farm up and hope your jungler ganks.
Kennen
Kennen can poke you, but it's difficult because he doesn't build AD. Hide behind minions to evade his Q, and then all in him if his E is on cooldown.
Kled
Kled is a pretty easy matchup. If he goes in on you, then you can out trade him because you do more damage. Don't ult until he dismounts from Skaarl.
Malphite
Malphite is a tank and he can't kill you. Just farm up and hope that you're more useful in the mid and late game.
Maokai
Maokai is like Malphite but a bit easier to kill. He also does more damage than Malphite, but he shouldn't be able to kill you.
Mordekaiser
Mordekaiser is very squishy early game, but his shield is also really annoying. Try not to fight him near minions because he will heal everything back and get his shield up. Your best bet is to build MR and then try to fight him when his abilities are on cooldown to make sure he can't get his shield.
Nasus
Nasus can't kill you in lane. Bully him very hard and shut him down early because no matter what you do, he will be cancer late game. If you're really desperate and your team is doing fine, win lane and then continue to negate him farm and stacks.
Nautilus
Another tank champion, yawn. Although Nautilus is very good at setting up ganks, so make sure you stay behind minions so he can't Q you.
Olaf
Olaf does surprising damage early game, so don't get caught off guard. You won't be able to out trade him either, so just farm up and build armor so you're more useful late game.
Ornn
Ornn is another tank, but he also does surprising damage and you don't do any damage to him because of his shields. He's also good at setting up ganks. This might be a farm lane, and you also might get ahead. But he still does damage, and you probably won't be able to kill him when he gets armor.
Pantheon
Pantheon is annoying as hell because he spams Q and will probably take corrupting potion to get some mana back. Just try to poke him with your Q, and if he all ins you, then wait for his shield to be down before you W him.
Poppy
Poppy is another tank but she also does surprising damage. This should be a fairly easy lane though. You might be able to kill her if she pushes up on you.
Quinn
Quinn will poke you all game, so Fleet Footwork is perfect for this matchup. She will also build lethality, so make sure you get A LOT of armor. Killing her will most likely not happen, but if she gets caught out, its a free kill.
Renekton
Renekton is pretty easy to beat. Don't let him cheese you early game, and back off if he ults.
Riven
Riven is annoying because she can go in on you, do damage, and then E out of your pull range. Don't feed her kills and you will be good. A good Riven can beat a good Darius, so build armor.
Rumble
A good Rumble can **** on you. He will poke you with his Q and if you pull him in, he can shield and run out with his W. Get a lot of early MR and you should be fine.
Ryze
Ryze is a rare pick for top lane, and this lane should be pretty easy if someone does pick Ryze. He can poke, but like Kennen, you can just hide behind minions and avoid his Q hitting you.
Shaco
If someone picks Shaco against you, you're not killing him. It's impossible. However, if he does give you the opportunity, and you're winning a fight and he ults, attack the Shaco that has your bleed already on him. Also, if he is low on health, don't try to kill him. He will bait you into his boxes.
Shen
Shen does surprising damage with his passive, but he's another tank that you can probably beat. Don't hit him if he uses his W; wait for it to go away and then pull him in and go all in.
Singed
A good Singed player (yes they exist) can destroy Darius. And if you are getting destroyed, then build a lot of MR. If he goes to proxy your lane, just ignore him and tank the minions. If you've got some AD, then you can kill every minion under tower. And don't try to fight him early on because his poison will destroy you.
Sion
Sion is another tank that you will win against. He will constantly poke you with his E, but it doesn't do that much damage and you can heal it back. If you go to all in him, he can ult out, so be ready to flash in front of him if you see him getting ready to ult.
Swain
Swain does surprising damage after the rework, so don't let him fool you. If he ults, back up and wait for it to be over. He will heal back damage that you deal. Get early MR and farm up.
Tahm Kench
Tahm is easy to catch out, but he also does some pretty nasty damage. Also, if he's low, don't ult because he can shield your ult and you will have wasted it.
Teemo
Teemo is cancer to every champion, but Darius can beat him easily if you play it right. Don't fight him unless his blind is on cooldown, and get early MR / armor depending on what his build is.
Trundle
Trundle can fight you, but not until he gets ult. Try to shut him down early and then farm up. He can't really kill you if you don't 1v1 him, and you'll be more useful late game.
Tryndamere
Kill Tryndamere early on so that you can shut him down. Because when he gets ult, you literally can't kill him unless he messes up bad. If you've got armor though, he can't kill you either. Farm up and try to catch him out, but don't expect to kill him.
Urgot
Urgot is pretty easy as well, but he will auto poke you all game with his passive that hits you and the minions. If you're fighting him and he ults, back off. He can also shield a lot of your damage, so wait for that to be gone before you fight him.
Vladimir
If Vlad gets in range of your E, he's probably dead. If you get MR, he can't kill you, and his pool slows him down a little since he can't kite with his Q and heal back. Just farm and try to fight him, you win trades.
Volibear
Volibear is also annoying because of his CC, damage with his W, and his healing on his passive. You probably won't be able to kill him, but if you try to, make sure his passive is down first.
Wukong
Wukong is annoying because he can burst you down and then W out. If you catch him, he can also ult away. Try to kill him early on, but beware his damage.
Xin Zhao
Xin Zhao does a lot of damage, but you should be able to fight him up close. Just farm up and get items, poke him, etc.
Yasuo
Yasuo is a very easy laner to beat. He has mobility, but you can just pull him in and slow him. And since he's a fighter that doesn't build tanky, that means you can easily 1v1 him. His wind wall is useless. So just take down his shield when it comes up and look to kill him.
Yorick
Yorick is a very hard champion to beat with Darius. He can trap you in his wall and throw his ghosts on top of you, and you can't kill them instantly since you're not full damage. Try to kill him early on, but don't fight him later on because he will destroy you.
