This is an overall guide for viktors items,runes and most of his matchups
he scales into a monster late game and spikes really hard mid game with rabadons hexcore


Items
Lia is very good for tanks in the latter stages of the game but can still stand alone as a 3rd item

Ludens is really good for a team of all squishes

Lich is the same for ludens but you can't use it if they are all range so its better if they have a lot of melee champs

Morrelo for only vlad soraka etc.

Void? viktor doesn't really need void for his good ap scales only build if they are stacking mr

Rab- this is viktors best item other than hexore this makes viktor get into his 400ap threshhold where he can do damage it is best to rush this second and bring cdr runes


Spells

Flash 10/10

Tp for teamplay and getting back into lane faster if you get ganked and don't have enough for hexcore you can tp to help a lane but its situational

Ignite 8/10 This is very good because people don't expect viktors early dmg and you can cheese in some kills

barrier 7/10 situational I'd only ever bring this into champs like talon but its very good with low cd

Heal why not heal? Heal is only good if your jg is early invading and you want to win the 2v2 other than that its pretty garbo 6/10

Exhuast This is only good for bursty champs or champs that run your team down ex syndra, master yi, 4/10 bad for mid

Ghost zooom! never really bring it but its for fun if you do 3/10 you have enough ms with viktor


Aery runes
Can bring Gathering storm depends on matchup if they are melee
these are early game runes that help you out in lane
Transcendence because viktor NEEDS cdr
ToB becasue its really good in lane
Ultimate is underated imo but i usually bring this so i can have it up for skirmishes more in the mid game
Hunter can be brought but won't be good until late game
The movespeed one can be brought but its only good to run to lane and sidelanes

Phase

This is for scaling phase is really good for escaping ganks paired with your W early on
Futures market is also really good imo and slept on with viktor its really good with the rabadon rush build
You can bring biscets if its something like a talon
Minion Dem is also really really good for waveclear matchup you can put all 3 on melee and one shot the wave lvl7 with hex
Free boots can be good but its situational cuz of phase rush
cdr stat run is slept on imo its really good and scales way better then 9ap


Elec
people sleep on viktors early damage and you can maybe sneak a kill in with elecl lvl 1 poke and 3 with ignite
This is really good into champs like syndra were you can match there burst rather then poke them out
Ghost poro is bad don't ever take it

Book
The book is only good into champs where you can't kill them and they can't kill you champs like anivia or xerath
