Introduction

This is how I play my Nidalee. Suggestions are welcome, I will be updating the guide as I have time and as I see fit.

Runes

Quintessence
I went for the +15 AP from the Quints to have some early game hitting power with Q.

Glyph
Scaling AP for the Glyphs to bring in some pain later in the game.

Mark
MP Marks to push past the defenses that the enemy is likely to build.

Seal
AR Seals to help bring up some sustain in lane and reduce damage from ADC.

Masteries

Offense
Pretty standard 21 AP offense.
I went with only 2 in Mental Force so I could put 3 in Havoc, 0.66% damage increas is usually more than what you'll get from the scaled 2 AP.

Utility
I went for the 1% Lifesteal/Spell Vamp because even 1% is more than nothing at level 1

Skill Sequence

Max Q first as this is your primary damage dealer.

From there I typically level W next unless I am having issues with counter poke; in these cases I will throw a couple of extra points in E. This also helps push the lane in AotC (R) as it boosts damage from Swipe.
