Introduction
Karma is a champion where you can go everywhere. You can become the tanky midlane that almost never dies, the secondary support with suprising damage or the typical midlaner that oneshots a ADC in a split second! Lets go over them.
My guide shows three totally different builds that can bring everything your team needs.

Obviously her Mantra (R) is the most unique skill of Karma, not only is it unlocked at level 1 as a ultimate but it is also very useless in all kind of situations. However this makes Karma very complicated, because when do i use which empowered ability? The answer to this question is tricky because there are alot of situations but here are some examples
Mantra Q: Use this as poke but also as waveclear, in midlane you usually want to use this at the backline while also hitting the enemy. If you do hit the backline when you're Q is back you can get them all at once since they will have a slither of health when they are hit by the Mantra Q. But when you're being chased suprising the enemy with a Mantra Q might lead to a kill ;)
Mantra W: You usally use this when your jungler is gonna gank and you're low hp. This is very useful since you will get healing from it. You can also use this when you're low HP and need to heal, but also when you are getting chased this can be your lifesaver! You can also use this on every jungle monster (even baron & drake) except the tiny ones, so dont forget to use it!
Mantra E: This is your bread and butter in teamfights. I highly suggest you use this in a teamfight, because the shield is absurd. Dont forget to put it to a champion who is kinda in the middle otherwise you might miss a few people with your shield. You can also use Mantra E whenever you're disengaging from a fight or when you're done with dragon or baron.
These are the most common situations. If you still have no idea when to use Mantra dont be shy to comment!
